Overall experience was excellent. Oakes arranged a driver who picked up a purchaser at the airport and thoroughly explained the new car purchase details. They followed up with the local county to confirm taxes and everything went smoothly. Friendly folks in the service department were extremely helpful, quickly fixing a belt issue and getting the vehicle back rolling. The parts department is awesome; they fulfilled a steering rack order and shipped it all the way to Grand Junction. When a husband was on the road for hours from a hospital, they quickly fixed the car, refused to charge for any service, and called to make sure he made it to Memphis. Their compassion and helpful staff go beyond help.
