841 US-82, GreenvilleSuper sweet people, and my baby loves them. I have a 10-month-old, 50 lb “scary” pitbull baby who they welcomed with open arms and, unlike other groomers, did not turn away. Although I get too emotional and paranoid about boarding my dog anywhere, I can speak about their grooming services. They are superb. My dog always comes back smelling good, even shinier than before and, most importantly, happy and safe! I was pretty late to my dog’s appointment today, and they still squeezed my sweet boy in! Great salon. I recommend them to everyone.

2234 US-82, GreenvilleI've been taking my husky/great pyrenees to them for a few years now. She absolutely loves to go and is always shiny and great smelling when I pick her up. They also offer boarding which we tried for the 1st time a few weeks ago and will definitely be using them again. They are very sweet people who I absolutely trust with my baby!

204 MS-1, GreenvilleI absolutely love the veterinarian here. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and genuinely seems to care about his furry patients. I have had nothing but positive experiences with him and feel very comfortable trusting him with my pet’s care.
Unfortunately, the experience with the front office staff has been a completely different story. The women answering the phone have repeatedly come across as rude, impatient, and unnecessarily dismissive. Even when asking simple questions or trying to schedule an appointment or bath, the tone and attitude can make the interaction feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
It’s unfortunate because the veterinarian himself is truly amazing, and I would highly recommend him. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of care he provides. A veterinary practice can have an excellent doctor, but the front desk is often the first impression clients have, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
