This Walgreens sucks. Every time I get a prescription filled here it is never filled on time. They will call saying it is ready and I will drive all the way there just for them to tell me it will be ready in 2 hours. The staff is not helpful with this and says both can be done but to wait. Take your prescription anywhere else but here!!!!!!

The Walgreen in Greenville, Mississippi scan was not working so I was unable to make photo copies for a Christmas gifts. But the employees was helpful and nice.

I had been looking for a health related item all over town. A clerk said that she always finds this item at Walgreens. When I went to the store, there was. Awesome!!

Need better protocol when called Walgreens pharmacy, on hold forever! Recording Kept coming on saying hold please...OMG! Not professional at all. At least acknowledge people who call. I just had a question. It made me sad because I thought so highly of Walgreens. You need to step up your game CEOs.

My daughter received her first covid vaccine with no problems on 12/4/2021. We scheduled second appointment for 12/30th at 5:40 pm. We had to wait in pickup line at pharmacy with other sick people for 45 mins. When we finally got to the front of line to speak with someone, was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait. So I asked if we could come back being my daughter has type 1 diabetes and we couldn't wait that long. She was due food and insulin shortly after our appointment time. I was told we could come back as a walk in. Fast forward to today, we get up early and the only 2 people sitting at the pharmacy 15 mins till they open. A manager walked by and I spoke, he didn't speak back. He is stocking items beside us for about 5 minutes. When he is done and walls past us, he decides to speak asking what we are there for. I explained the whole situation and he tells me I need to go online to schedule an appointment. We already did and couldn't be seen on our appointment date and he knew this from our conversation. Rather than try to help (being a manager and all) he was rude and didn't care to help. I would advise if you're trying to get vaccinated not use this pharmacy at all. So completely unprofessional. But that's OK, I'll never grace the doors of that place again. We got our vaccines at Kroger in Greenville with no problems at all. And the best pharmacy you can deal with in this town is Brown's Pharmacy on Main Street. Thanks manager Andre Harris!! You suck

I do not recommend this pharmacy for COVID vaccinations! Understaffed and they cannot possibly do it all! With filling regular prescriptions and dealing with regular customers, the COVID vaccinations area is just sad. Even with an appointment you will wait hours??♀️

Absolutely the slowest and worst pharmacy in Greenville. Drop prescriptions off at 10 and was told 11/2 hrs. Go through drive thru at 11:30. Not ready, but working on them. Back at Drive through at 12:45. Get somg and dance about problem with insurance they just got settled so give them 30 mins. Wait in line at drive through at 1:15, make it to window at 1:32. Cashier is pulling scripts and pharmacist closes blind in window. Have to go back after lunch. Save yor time and $ and go to ANY OTHER pharmacy in Greenville.

I was placed on hold for the pharmacy and at least 6 different people asked me to hold on and they would be with me shortly. I waited for almost 15 minutes hung up and called back and was told the same thing . I got in my car an drove up there and they only had four people in line and three cars at the window. This is the worst customer service. Than the person that waited on me act asif I was bothering her attitude out of this world. I understand why some places are closing
