“Went in to JD Lanham today to purchase a new fridge... I was standing measuring the in stock refrigerators and a gentleman came up and asked what i was looking for. I told him about my issue, that I had a condenser fan motor going out and that I had found the part online for over $250 and I wasn't putting that kind of money into a fridge so old. Instead of letting me spend $2,000 on a new refrigerator (which I was 100% prepared to do) this guy asked for the part number of the one i found online and sold it to me for $67. THAT is putting the customer first. I installed in and my fridge is working like a charm. I might not have bought a refrigerator today, but when i do in the future, i can promise you it will be at JD Lanham.”
