It’s all ways an excuse for not accommodating you at the time. The excuse of not having time or the guys are behind. “Came here because I had a screw in my tire and was on a pretty tight time schedule. I were headed to Wal-Mart tire express and el when I looked at cars there it seemed like they were moving in the slow lane! From the front counter to tire technician was professional, courteous and all about business. Tire was repaired while I waited as the guy at the front counter explained. A lady customer came in and she was really not conducting herself in a lady like manner, the gentleman that spoke to her actions and the gentleman that handled her and her situation should be on how to be a professional. Let's say her attitude like the part she showing out about was adjusted.”
