I’ve been coming to this Double Quick in Greenwood, MS (specifically on Strong Ave.) for a very long time now, and today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I attempted to get $20 worth of gas, but the card machine kept giving errors. Instead of calmly helping, the cashier repeatedly yelled at me with commands like “Swipe it now!” and “Tap it!” without giving me a chance to even read the screen to see what was going on. When I politely said, “You don’t have to yell at me,” she continued to act rude and frustrated. I remained calm, and finally figured out what was happening myself. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a long-standing community store.
