The carriers are sooooo bad. My mail be in someone else's mailbox everytime and lately, they forget to deliver my packages and I end up having to go to the post office and pick them up. And I literally stay across town from the post office..... Very bad service

Suppose to open at 830 but is never open until 9 or after terrible service

Close time says 5:00 pm but they always close like 20 minutes before time. Bad customer service and rude attitudes. Drivers are always late as hell smh.
