After renting from these people paying it off when I wanted to use them again they wouldn’t give me over 160 a mth after paying of 2 different agreements so go elsewhere they don’t appreciate ur business!!

UPDATE: Just leased a new appliance with this same Aaron's, and it was just as amazing as the first time. Gowon helped us this time around, and he is a sure thing for great customer service and getting you a good deal. He made great conversation, and we left feeling as good as the first time.A clean store that is well organized. The prices are expensive, but leasing options are very reasonable and it doesn't feel like you're entering into a deal with the devil. Their policies are very customer friendly, and we had no trouble getting leasing estimates even with poor credit.The staff member that helped us, Jamesa, was especially fantastic. She was stylish and incredibly professional working with us; at one point, her personal phone rang, and she didn't even think twice about ignoring the call and finishing her statements with us. She was transparent about prices and times for things like deliveries or an estimate for our washer dryer set. We had a long wait and ended up looking around the store for a while, and when my mother expressed any interest in a couch set, Jamesa was there. She saw my mom's interest from across the store and asked us questions and showed us hidden features with the set; it's impressive that she could keep track of their inventory like that. She answered all questions fully and honestly, and we couldn't be happier about our purchase. We were even apprehensive about leasing machines in the first place, but now, we are totally confident in her and the Aaron's team to deliver a good price and experience. I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for nice furniture and customer service.

Poor customer service, I was going to use there service again but after they I saw there reaction to me. I no longer want to add another lease. They just sat down smirking. I always pay on time. The delivery guy was even nice.

I purchased a dryer on Friday November the 22nd 2019 and I was told that I would get it delivered on friday. it was paid at 11:12 am and I didn't recieve it by 5:00 so I called and someone name Christina tried to explain to me that who ever it was sold me the dryer should have told me that it wouldn't be delivered today. But that is not what they said and that is not what the computer said after I finalized my paperwork on the tablet. I understand how things work when delivering but I felt like they shouldn't have told me today if it was going to be the next day. When I tried to explain i had death in the family and the services were the day they wanted to deliver she acted as if I was crazy saying it don't take three hours to get to grenada from winona I know that but its at 1:00 and you can only deliver after 10:30 that not only stops me from attending to my family but it puts them in the middle of my home while family is trying to get ready that's all I was trying to tell her. If I say that I'm going to bring my payment in on the 15 you expect me to make that payment on that day.
