I’ll never spend another cent in Harbor Freigjt. They charged me a re-stock fee on something that didn’t even work. I’d understand if I changed my mind and returned the item but the merchandise DIDN’T WORK. You can’t re-stock something that doesn’t work for resale. Sad because they WERE my go to place for tool and shop needs.

The employees here never seem to know what's going on. They can't tell you when items will be back in stock or if they are discontinued etc. I guess these days, it's not really a big deal for employees to know these things.

I went and bought a modular tool box and I was going to get the second section but a guy had beat me to it so I called up there and the same lady I guess her names was Ashley and I asked her did they have the second section of the modular tool box and she ask me did you see it when you bought the first section with wheels so I told her somebody had already bought it so she said hold on I’ll go check, 18 minutes later still I’m on hold! So I called back and I asked her did you forget you had me on hold and she said yes I forgot and put me back on hold! That was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Just don’t want her to even check me out anymore!!! ??????

Last September I purchased a $60 icon mechanic light from the store in Grenada. Seemed very well made and was very bright. I used it three times for approximately an hour and a half total, and it started blinking and turned off. I charged it overnight and it still would not turn back on. I spent 25 minutes on hold and finally they told me that they would not exchange it because it only had a 90 day warranty and I was 30 days past. This light is over double the cost of any light you can purchase on the market. They told me since I did not buy and extended warranty it would not be covered. The reason I bought an icon light is because they told me icon tools have a lifetime warranty but apparently anything with electrical is not covered. I spent over $5000 this year with Harbor freight. The only reason I know is because I just did my taxes. Due to this experience, they will be losing my business from here on out. From now on, I will just order from Amazon for half the price and have stuff delivered straight to my house. To the manager at the store, great job on losing a good customer.
