I was angry when I made the last review but honestly if you know you don’t have customer service skills or you don’t like to work with people maybe you are in the wrong profession. We are already at your mercy needing help with only government insurance why would you want to make us feel worse by treating us like you don’t even care if we get what we need or not. Please do better for the next person cause I will do without before I keep coming to your fine establishment and your employees make me feel worse than I already feel. Many of us are not in the shape we are in because we want to be, please consider.”
