“When my daughter and I arrived, we were greeted and asked what we needed when we entered the store! It was two other people already there whom he was assisting as well! And they seemed to be very satisfied with his service! While Jamal was the only person there working, things went smooth and he assisted everyone that came through the door and did so in order and in decent timing! We were all patient and waited for him to serve all of us! He didn't get frustrated or upset, he just did his job and he didn't it well! I wish he could get a raise or something extra for his services that day because he did the job of at least two or three people! I'd definitely recommend his customer service at the Grenada store to anyone! It was even a lady came in and said that she called the store in Greenwood and said that she asked was there any promotions going and they told her no but came to Grenada and was told differently! Every store needs a Jamal!”
