Just go somewhere else. I ordered gas online Friday 12/13/24. Spoke with Brenda the same day who took my payment over the phone as she said I couldn’t make it online. Called today on 12/18/24 to see why my gas hadn’t been delivered for her to tell me the driver didn’t know I made a payment when she’s the one who took the payment. Then she’s on the phone with the most condescending attitude. Ridiculous! I have kids to keep warm and fed! What if I had not called? No gas- just weaponized incompetence. I proceeded to call the corporate office where I was transferred to Drew- the guy over Operations. Left a voicemail and received a call later while I was working. This is literally what made me decide to leave a review & never deal with this company again. This guy said that their phone had been ringing so much that Brenda could not WASTE TIME making sure someone had paid. Lol, wow. He continued to speak in a blanketed atrocious manner that clearly reflected his intention of letting me know that he had Brenda’s back- no ownership, no acknowledgment no apology- nothing but him going on and on about what I could’ve done to avoid the problem. Just unreal. These people clearly lack common decency, integrity and empathy. I truly believe that it’s an overall lack of respect and a sense of complacency that drives their attitudes. Just choose another supplier - the drivers are what have kept many people with Scott so long including us. I’ve talked to my neighbors and many family members and they don’t have these problems with their supplier. Save yourself some time and energy and go where customers are happy and appreciated.

Delivered me propane when i needed it. Might have to call them a couple times, but they did deliver during a cold snap.
Plan at least a week ahead for delivery, probably better to just fill it up in the summer when prices are lower anyways.

I was going to this gas station on a daily basis across from #8 motel, and the manager of the store must been in her feelings that morning. I spoke to her before I went in the no response back, and every time she haven't had breakfast she has an attitude with customers. I was holding a conversation with another customer I went to school with, and he was stopped at the door about a debit card he used. She stopped him at the door, and told me bye due to her bringing her problems to work. I feel like if you work anywhere dealing with customer service, and you don't know how to do your job by greeting your customers. Then I think you need to find something you like, because dealing with the public isn't your cup of tea. Discrimination is real so come correct when you come at me the way you did, because I'm not the only customer you've done like that. I don't care about you being the manager so, don't let your position go to your head by treating customers any kind of ways due to you having an attitude about something you're going through in your life.

The employees there has a great hospitality to their customers that shops with them, and make you feel welcome every time you come. Keep up the good work Principal, School Teacher, Substitute Teacher, and the other employees that I haven't given a nickname to.

Grenada MS Scott Petroleum never showed up after I scheduled a delivery, five days later still waiting. It's so sad to see this location has really gone downhill.This location needs dependable drivers.

I’m so disgusted with this company. I called two Mondays ago and requested a fill up because I was completely out of gas! Remind you we have an account with them an the gas is already paid for! Well after being lied to Atleast four times, I STILL HAVE NO GAS!!! Been with this company over 5 years but I’m definitely changing over after this!!

You can real gas at the pump, e10 at the pump, diesel, and DEF at the pump. Restroom is super tiny.
