I made an appointment for Monday, October 23 at 10 am, because my Dodge Journey alerted me the tire pressure sensor had malfunctioned/been damaged. I dropped my car off at 6:30 am on the 23rd, so I could get a ride, borrow a car, and get to work in time. About 8 am, I received a phone call asking me what were they doing to my car that day. I repeated what the message on my dash was again. He said okay we will get on it. Tuesday, October 24 about 10:30 am, I called for an update as I had not yet been contacted. The lady said “yes ma’am we found that your tires pressure sensor needs to be replaced.” We went through the fact that I knew that - had told them that - and specifically made the appointment for it to be fixed. She asked if I wanted it fixed. Again I said yes, that’s why I made the appointment. I asked if part was in stock. She said yes and they would have it done Tuesday afternoon and she would call. Wednesday, October 25, I called about 11 am, as I still had not received one single phone call with any update. I was told they had to order the part. I called the main number to dealership and asked to speak to a manager. The man that answered the phone took all the information about my experience and my number and said he would have someone call me. He took my number and said a Literally within 20 minutes, I was called and told my car was ready. Suddenly the part was in and service completed. I spent 3 days without my DRIVABLE vehicle and without one single phone call updating me of service delay and they would be keeping my car overnight- twice!! The lack of communication and respect is unacceptable. I’m still waiting on a call from management.

The sales staff are Southern-friendly, but more interested in selling you a vehicle and getting you out of the showroom than in responding to customer service and needs. They took us across the road to fuel new vehicle we bought, but it would not accept gas. It kept kicking the pump off. They said no problem, return the next day and they would make sure it worked. After they had it all week, we picked it up today, they said the gas valve was stuck and they opened it up. We drove across the street to gas up and had the exact same issue. Called Jeep hotline customer service today and was advised to take it to a different shop.

I have a 2018 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon it had the famous ticking sound from the lifters and rocker arms it was covered under warranty they kept the jeep for 5 weeks Roger over service was very informative on the job at hand and he reassured me that all was good and he had his best mechanic on it turns out tec Michael Peter's left 2 bolts out of the mount bracket ,1 bolt out of the engine cover ,a clip that secures the harness to another connector ,and the coolant tank was empty and did not clean his oily work area up .I was told that they would keep my old parts just to verify the work was all done as stated they could not provide the parts they say they replaced under warranty they told me to go dig through the dumpster and trash if I wanted them .then was told I might have to buy a new battery because they let mine run down and wasn't for sure if it would change back .I drove it home to look at the job better there was oil all over the under side of the engine and oil pan so I spent 4 hours cleaning up there oily mess and fixing what they should have fixed . I'm not happy with the Mechanic or the answers I got when I questioned them about the findings they told me o sorry about that but or work is guaranteed anything happens just bring it back . I'll never bring them anything again and drove nearly 3 hours one way to get it there I'm just hoping the actual repair holds up probably not from the looks of the mechanics way of working ethics. They need a shop Forman or lead mechanic to over look ones job before it goes to the customer bad bad business ethics. Will not recommend. Will not go back ever they act like it's no big deal . People in Gernada Ms and surrounding areas beware of this dealership while we were waiting to pay another couple was having the same issue with a jeep that's been in and out of the same shop for nearly a year with transmission problems and other mechanic issues that cant seem to fix they told us as we were leaving good luck with the repairs now how does that make you feel. Roger insured me it was all done right and correct not by looking at the finished product it wasn't .

Service was great workers was friendly. However the part along with the installment fee was prepaid. I was charged for 3 hours of Labor but the actual labor time was less than an hour

Hell no they sell crap they lie to you they tell you whatever you wanna hear they pretend that they care and it's a damn lie. They sold me a car that the front end fell out from under before I even made it home. They said I will fix it. I got it back. Had to replace the front end again. Got it back. Tried to tell him I didn't want it because it was a piece of shit lemon and they're like oh we've already paid for you've already everything done so I had to get stuck with it well then not even six months and less than 5000 miles and it was blown straight the hell up and the warranty I've been paying on they can't find they don't know where none of the paperwork is they don't have no proof of it and they come and got it with a tow truck said we'll fix it. I ain't seen it since they are lying pieces of shit that will sell you anything just to make a damn dollar, they suck all of them the manager the sales people and damn sure the little small ass punk that works in the fucking mechanic shop. They are liars liar, liar, liar, liars do not do business if you want real car go to Batesville i'm talking about daylight so bad you need to give them a fire extinguisher when you go in because they smoking it up

The most awesome service due to Randy McGregor. He got me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. Excellent customer service and Jennifer Lea made it so easy to understand all the financial situations and made it very clear on to the different packages for warranties. I rate this place 5 star. Very friendly and easy to work with!! Good job!!

My car was at this place supposedly to fix an issue but ended up being there for over two months without anyone contacting me and giving any information that made any sense about the results.The-guys that works in the maintenance shop would promise to call with updates but will never call. I called only to not get an answer or a call back. I was completely disappointed in the service that was given to me. They only fixed one issue that addressed to them. At the time of drop off there were several issues that needed addressing but they finally fixed one issue out of two and a half months, which is Ridiculous. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this dealership for the other issue or anything else of that matter-not even to replace a windshield wiper. This review is from my own personal experience and I was not satisfied at all.

Always punctual and the men and ladies who work in the parts/service dept was awesome. If Thomas was not there I would not have come. He did his job in GWood and transferred to Grenada and so I transferred as well. I trust anything that man tells me, he's my go to guy when it comes to my car.
