Staff is friendly and helpful. The manager is not. In fact, he's downright rude and unaccommodating. When their bolts aisle had no ink pens to use to fill out item numbers on plastic bags for my selected nuts and bolts, he would not lend me a pen when I asked to borrow one, bellowing out at me "Sorry, I can't help you with that!" (despite having a pen in his shirt pocket and others on the counter), leaving me unable to write down the necessary info to check out and leave. He finally let me use a pen when I and another associate convinced him that there were no pens on the aisle. I will not set foot back into that store as long as he's working there. And the home office never replied to my complaint about it, so they're just as bad, as far as I am concerned.
