I gave it 1 star because they have nothing lower,,these women didn't do anything but gossip and play around,I literally spent 3and ahalf hours for jack....Jack.... recommendation is NOT TO TRUST THESE FOLKS!!!!!

This store and the one in Oxford, MS has the worst customer service. Representatives are eating at desk and walking around barefooted. They go to other customers before finishing with you. Representatives are rude and act as though your business isn't appreciated.

Robert is very very helpful. He greets each customer as they come in the door and takes each in turn. He goes above and beyond. They need more service people like him. Only one person working most of the time.
