I would give a zero if possible. They give you 100% photos guaranteed but they fail to tell you that you have to jump through hoops to get the pictures!!. Same day service turned into 4 days later. The pictures you return they throw in the garbage. My pictures still aren’t right but not going through all of the horrible experience again. Avoid the Grenada, MS location. They are very rude and unprofessional!!!

Three times I have gone to pick up my meds and the pharmacy was closed. Can't imagine how many times this actually happens if it's happened to me multiple times. Also for two months the app hasn't worked properly for me and has gotten rid of my prescription after it shows 'in progress.' Tried to call but just got an automated response that didn't help.

I’ve lived all over the MidSouth for the past 40 years. Until today, I have always used Walgreens as my pharmacy. On Tuesday I tested positive for Flu. My doctor called my meds in to Walgreens just like always. Today is Saturday and I am just as bad today as I was on Tuesday. I went back to the doctor. She asked if I took the meds she prescribed. I said yes, but wished she would have prescribed Xofluza. She said she did. I told her my pharmacy only gave me a cough medicine and a antihistamine. She asked which pharmacy I use. When I told her Walgreens, she said they always have problems there. Maybe they were out and just didn’t tell you. Are you kidding me. It’s their fault I still feel like I’m on my deathbed. Never again from me Walgreens.

The wait time for the pharmacy is ridiculous. Things like COVID testing are done through drive through which holds up alot of time as well. I've almost been waiting over an hour and still not at the pharmacy window with the exception of cars that decided to leave that were ahead of me.

Tell you to call but won't pick up the phone, try to use app to order refills and they don't even have the right amount of what the doctor called in, go in and they stand in back instead of answering when you're standing there and can clearly see you. I have called 6 times today and was on hold over 30 minutes each time before hanging up. Don't call, don't try to transfer prescriptions, have written prescriptions in hand and check labels for correct refill amounts and count the pills on counter in front of them before you leave or you will regret it.

I mailed off two important rolls of film and was told they'd be back in a week. After three trips to the store only to be told "They'll be on the 5pm truck" I was told they'd call and check on them for me and get back with me. That did not happen. I called to check on them today and was told I'd be connected to a store manager. After five minutes on hold I hung up. A little customer service would be nice. I should have gone to CVS. I'll know next time.
