I tried to place an order online and they canceled it the next morning without calling to let me know why so when I called the lady immediately said they were completely booked and their edible machine was broken. I feel as if the online order and the instore process needs to be better. Very disappointed

Rude when answering questions and will tell you no when they don’t want to make they cake if it’s to big. Won’t be back

The line is always long so please take a book to kill time if you can. And don't expect your order to be correct or all items to be in the bag. My advice is to order simple and make sure all items are there before you leave.
