I originally gave this location 5 stars...after 1 month of being a customer everything has changed. The employees give invalid, incorrect information...they will not honor the lower price they have on the exact same item & its been less than 30 days since the lease was signed.. The 1st week I had to contact them 3-4 times about incorrect information on the app in my account. I was informed it was corrected each time I called. Then looked at the app & the situation was not corrected any of the 3 times I called. Then, the auto draft payment was pulled a day earlier than the agreed upon date.We shall see what comes next. I encourage Aaron's to put more emphasis on lease information & what qualities for the "sale" & ehat doesn't during training.Regards,Jamie

Okay my name is Michael Martin me and my wife. We are from California we just moved here. We were a big fan of errands number one. George spears is amazing the general manager. Derek Jasper is to riffy and their weather works in here is so amazing.They help out everybody who comes in their path including me. My family so I really want to break about them and they really need to be knowledged. Thank you. And merry christmas

The staff rushes to get deliveries done for the customer but they lie to you when you are scheduled for pickup. I had the appt. 3-7pm. I sat outside from 7-8:30pm called them twice. Still here. I got sick because I was so overheated, it was 110degrees. I am 67 years old, almost killed me but the couch and loves eating are still here sat. Morning. I'm so frustrated with these people.

I will never rent from here again. To make a long story short. One of there employees messed up my mom's 65 Inch tv. I was told by Derrick we are going to replace the tv. I said ok after numerous calls he tells me we haven't had a TV come in that big for a long time. I said ok waited for about 3 months. He gave me the option of getting a 55 inch instead. We got tired of waiting so we agreed. 2 days after this he drops a TV off to my mom. I was at work when I got home we tested the TV out . The home screen comes on but does nothing else. I called Aaron's and left a message for Derrick to call me about the TV he brought by. Nothing no call nothing. Now the TV they messed up was a Samsung they brought us a cheap Hisense tv to replace it. Beware who you rent from this Place is not for me. Update I spoke with Jason the regional Manager. He made sure that my mom's tv was replaced. With a 65 inch TV thank you so much for contacting me and making this happen. I will also continue to rent from Aaron's.

My medication money was taken out of my account because aarons took money out. On the day I did not authorize I called spoke with manager he apologized told me it would be reversed. I waited and waited in pain agony and suffering with my medical condition and it still haven’t got reversed I had to borrow money to get my medication. This is the worst shocking nightmare I’ve ever experienced with them and was very scary!! Other than that I’ve always had a great experience with them. I truly hope this never happens again as a matter of fact it won’t happen again because I’m not going to be using auto pay no longer I will make my own payments !!.

Refrigerator was dented when delivered. I was supposed to receive a call back with a date to bring my new refrigerator. That was over a week ago!! I called today and after not hearing back AND the freezer went out this morning. I called and was told that they can’t do anything today and no deliveries on Wednesdays. Well if I was contacted when I was told by the store manager, everything would be taken care of by now. Needless to say I’m returning the fridge Thursday when they can get to it and I will never go through them again. Billy Joe was the lady that helped me and she’s been super nice and helpful and did what she could. She can’t help it the company she works for and managers are incompetent. Now I have a dented piece of metal with ruined groceries.

I got sick with covid. I told them it would be a few days before I could bring them the laptop that never worked properly back when I got better. They litteraly sent a driver to my house to get it.. which is fine ,gave it to him but he wasn't wearing a mask nor did they bother to let the man picking it up know that I was infected.....smart!!

I've had trouble with them taking money out of my account before it should be. I told them a certain time but they still taking it when they want. Like yesterday they took it and was too early. The money I had in there was for My phone Bill and to get by until payday. No I have to borrow money to pay my phone cause I have to have it for work purposes. Thanks alot Aaron's. Then tell me they can't reverse it. Lies, but it want happen again, cause I told them to take me off. If I hadn't put so much money in it I would tell them to come pick the merchandise up.. they don't care
