Worst rental place ever!! Booked online, and when I got there the next morning, they were suppose to open at 9am and at 935am, I was still waiting. Canceled and went with Enterprise instead

All good; very hot in July so the only downside for the rental was having to wait to be picked up at the airport. Also you'll need to call for pick up 228-863-9119, number had been removed but I was able to get the number while waiting on my luggage.

I would rather give zero stars if I could! Supervisor was very unprofessional! There going to charge you for things not listed in policy! I advise do not rent from ace rental

NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Horrible!!! Will never use the company again. Not honest with customers at times of rental. Car selection is horrible.

Despite the reviews posted here, Michelle was very professional and very understanding when my flights got cancelled. Nifty Car people are getting not deserved bad press on here!

Friendly and helpful staff, worked out fine for my TDY. Try to land before 4pm and they can shuttle you to the pickup location with a phone call.

DO NOT SELECT ON DTS!This is not the place to rent a car if you are traveling on the government's dime. The lady is nice. But I think I was given someone's personal old vehicle. It smelled, it was dirty, and it had a broken seat. I did not feel safe or comfortable. Even the location of the business looks suspect. I promptly voided reservations and was able to get a rental from airport.

DO NOT RENT HERE! The worst rental car experience we’ve ever had. They are not actually located at the Gulfport airport and you have to be picked up. It took over an hour to complete the rental agreement. Michelle advised not eating in the car (ridiculous) to avoid cleaning charges, but the car wasn’t clean to begin with. We returned the car on the 7th and did not get the deposit returned until the 24th!! I’ve rented plenty of other times and always receive my deposit immediately. When I called to check on the status of the deposit a week after returning the vehicle Michelle stated 7-10 business days and that our deposit was “in the stack to be processed”. Not to mention they are open on the weekends so Saturdays and Sundays should technically count as business days. The only positive experience was with the guy who picked us up from the airport otherwise this place is a nightmare.

I had a reservation last week at Gulfport with Ace (Nifty) Car rental. Their service was terrible . They gave us the ugly, dirty, broken, old car that I never seen in my life. Definitely I won’t come back to this place. Actually NO MORE business with this rental company.Are they suppose to give customer a nice car so customer can come back to give them more business?I don’t understand why they did that to us.

Independently owned! Staff was friendly and understanding. Booked via Priceline, stated unlimited mileage... this is false. Please read their (ACE) terms. Unlimited local mileage for round trip airline ticket holders... not me, use rental to drive to other states on business. Non ticket holders, 150 miles and the $.25 per mile afterwards, still all local. Also, location is not in Airport, just down the street. You have to call and they pick you up. This was fast, withing 5 mins after getting to their central line. Very understanding that I had to cancel my reservation, and gave me a ride back to the airport. ACE, as an entity needs to market themselves correctly, change reservation to show not at airport, call for pickup and list mileage appropriately. Do not put it hidden in terms and agreements. Staff was still very friendly and understanding. It's a mom & pops style business, stop holding them to an executive level business standard.

The worst..... 1.30 pm pick up... ace car rental has me stranded at gpt airport ... they pull up at 3.00pm with a dirty , dented. Pet hair piece of sh car ... its ? now 4 pm I'm still strande.. d,, need problems in your life...call ACE car rental Gulfport Mississippi

I would rather give no stars. I have NEVER dealt with anything like this! I arrive at Ace in Gulfport and the older lady at the desk took my driver's license, amex, and Allianz Global insurance through hotwire.. she then proceeds to say that I will STILL need Liability insurance. First off, I booked with the airport and they sent me to this small 2 star place with.. 2ndly, I get rentals atleast 2 times a month, for years... I ALWAYS AND ONLY USE ALLIANZ GLOBAL, this is the FIRST time EVER that I'm told that I have to get ADDITIONAL insurance on top of the 20.00 a day.. Guess what. I got the Hot deal so I was unable to get a refund for the insurance, or the rental, soent money for an Uber, had to get another Uber, and cried my eyes out in the parking lot! The lady said, they are PRIVATE and require additional I surancw on top of what I have which is clooison, damage, and liability. 160.00 gone. Hotwire stated that Ace had the money and I would have to get the refund from them. Ace told me before I called Hotwire that I needed to call Hotwire for the refund. Please NO1 GO THERE. I'm a full on review woman BUT although I chose airport, they sent to ace.. I checked the reviews after the confirmation and saw 2 stars and all these complaints. THE CARS were also very dusty and old. Please don't go here.
