As always, I had great cuatomer service and was greeted by Shane. He had a new employee and was walking her through what he was going to do to assist me. I needed a new glass top for my S24Ultra, and he got it for me and put the new one on. He mentioned that they would not be selling in the future. The new employee found they had one left, and I bought it, so I would have a back up.
Great customer service!

I had the most exceptional experience with my store visit today. Rejanae was amazing at assisting me with everything that I needed! If you are ever in the area, ask for Rejanae. She is the sweetest, most helpful person I’ve ever come across.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The store manager, David. He asked how he could assist me. I explained I wasn't satisfied with my current cellphone provider. When I told David how much I pay each month, he immediately knew the carrier, T-Mobile. We sat down and went over several options for my watch and phone. He found me the perfect plan and discount. Like a track meet, David passed the baton to Rejanae. She found me a bigger discount once I told her I had AT&T internet. She processed to transfer my service from T-Mobile to AT&T. This did take a while since we had to wait on customer service from T-Mobile. Rejanae waited patiently with me. In the meantime, I noticed the camaraderie between all the associates in the store, more like they were family. This was a great atmosphere. David came over several times to see how things were going. Keith, the associate next to me was helping a customer as well as Keke. These associates are very professional at their job. After almost an hour, yes an hour, talked to T-Mobile and retrieved the transfer number. Rejanae was able to transfer my services to AT&T and had me do a test call. I was in there after that. Even with a few hiccups, not on their part, I was7 satisfied. 5 STARS ALL ACROSS THE BOARD. This is what teamwork looks like and it shows. Satisfied customer for life. Thank you.

I recently purchased an iPhone 16 Plus from the Att store at Crossroads Pkwy , Gulfport, MS. Att representative, Crystal Sherrod, was extremely helpful and handled all of my concerns with patience and professionalism. I am very satisfied with her service and highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with their telephone service and purchases. 5 stars to Crystal.

Gave this store a 2nd chance but it still hasn’t changed. I have a Business account with multiple lines, walked into the store for some assistance after purchasing 4 new iPhones. Once Amy figured out I wasn’t purchasing anything from her, she was not interested in assisting me.
Just FYI Amy, customer service goes a long way. At least put a little effort into it.
For anyone reading this review, if you drive an extra 15 min down the road the D’lberville store will be glad to assist you.

Gary at AT & T Crossroads in Gulfport was by far the best example I’ve had at that location in 10 years. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He handled my issues with his time and attention. Thank you Gary!!!!!
