Had a horrible & uncomfortable experience dealing with Xylon at this AT&T store. He made us feel frightened & pressured, instead of being helpful. It’s 2023 and such customer service and behaviour is disappointing.

Very rude do not stand behind the accessories they sell I spent almost $ 4,000.00 and the very next day and ever since that day I have been treated rude and very disrespectful overlooked like I was not even there. I filed complaints I now drive 10 mile to the Biloxi store

Seth was prompt in greeting me, addressing my issues, and solving my problem! I had a product in mind that I wanted. Seth informed me of new products, but respected my wish for an older model phone and did not pressure me. I appreciated the efficiency and even had time to shop after!

For some reason that nobody could explain, my account had a block on the mobile data. They disabled this data block issue in the AT&T system, and my phone was now able to use mobile data again. The two young reps I talked to were very helpful. Thank you!

Three visits in a row where the staff was unhelpful. First visit there was an issue with me not being an authorized user on the account & they all but shrugged their shoulders and said we’d need to call AT&T to correct. No desire to help/assist etc - just passed the buck. Called AT&T customer service and got that corrected. Second visit went in and said exactly what I wanted and the very friendly associate did a fantastic job upselling waiting for the iPhone 15, but had no desire to meet my needs as a customer, just focused on pushing that iPhone 15. Third visit was my husband, he damaged his phone and needed a replacement. They told him there was a fraud alert on the account that he’d have to contact insurance to sort out. We don’t have phone insurance. Another instance of no desire to help/assist etc - just passed the buck. When my husband called AT&T customer service they said there was no fraud alert. Quick trip to a Biloxi AT&T location and he was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone, no issues. Not sure what the disconnect is in this location, but if people come in trying to buy your product… it would be sensible to sell it to them or at the very least assist them in troubleshooting any issues they meet along the way.

Seth and Autsyn at the AT&T store are the most caring and very personal individuals persons I've ever met. Thanks to the I was able to come in and understand more about the 5G fiber optics as well as their FirstNet program that they offer. I completely recommend stopping by and upgrading plans and save some money while doing it here at the AT&T store.

The worst customer service I've ever had. Not just with a service provider but the worst customer service all together. I called a number online to cancel my account for fiber and in 10 minutes they did what I originally went to the retail store to have done. Which was simply setup a time to have a technician come setup my home for fiber. I told them repeatedly that my house did not have the at&t service box needed for the connection. An they insisted I was missing it, disregarding the fact that I've been in my house for a year. Then when the guy calls the number to schedule a technician, he hands me the phone and walks off. I didn't just get off work, to come to your job, to pay for your product to have to do your job for you.
