Some guests noted issues, such as a lack of hot water that was later fixed, or a shower that needed better cleaning. The pool area can be packed. Losing two stars because the bed in 705 is like sleeping on a rock. I spent 3 nights there and barely slept the entire time because of it. Otherwise the facility is nice enough, ac works great, hot tub was enjoyable. But I rely on a reasonable bed to actually enjoy my hotel stays.

It’s been years since I’ve stayed at this hotel. But after all the renovations it is definitely an improvement!
