Budget rental in Biloxi, MS...... good service upon arrival and pickup, ALOT to be desired when dropping off. No instructions what to do with key, three days after drop off still no receipt of drop off. System shows the reservation is still outstanding though you're unable to get an e-receipt for liquidating travel claims. How hard is it to provide a receipt? Hertz, Dollar, Enterprise don't seem to have a problem doing it immediately upon drop off or at least same day. Guess that's why its call budget...... they budget on when and how fast the customer can close out the travel voucher!!! Unreal!!

Gulfport Airport location agent was borderline hostile at check in and altogether indifferent at check out. I don't think it was personal just business as usual. I was upgraded to a SUV which would have been nice if it wasn't so dirty inside and out. There were small sugar ants in it that didn't bite but was somewhat unsettling.

They charged me extra on my rental without explanation. Everything went smoothly with the check out process so pretty disappointed with the situation.Update: The company claimed they were valid in their extra charge claiming I didn’t fill it up with gas before returning. I literally went to the station and filled the entire tank up before dropping the car off, and the rep at the counter verified that verbally. On top of that, they had the wrong location listed for where I had rented the car.Update 2: They finally decided to refund their extra charge after a couple more weeks went by.

Budget rental in Gulfport Ms at the airport was the worst experience I have ever had. On Aug 11,2023 I rented a car from them. It was very hot. I went outside to check the car it was nasty. Went back in there and advised Kaytlin at the counter the car was nasty. She advised me they only have one car available. I looked at the other car and it was nasty too. I ask her can I get the car cleaned. Kaytlin advised me they can’t clean the car and they will note it in my profile. I ask her what can we do about the car being nasty. She advise me since it an open ticket there nothing she can do at the time but when I bring the car back she can take something off. I get back there on Aug 18 and she claimed that she don’t even remember tell me that. Lie and said she offered me two difference cars and I turn it down. Why would I turn down a clean car. I was very upset and she started help someone else while still help me. Then the manager goes to say we not give you nothing off you prepaid. I ask if they could call security. And they turn it all on me. Fast forward call customer service got a rental for 4hr because I didn’t feel comfortable there. Advised customer service what happened they gave me a rental 1 day rental. Go to the counter and the manager advised I can’t rent a car there and cancel my reservation. Then call customer service and said don’t give me anything off my rental. I will never rent there again. I hate I have to even give 1 star. Should’ve read the reviews before.Here are a few pics.

Our vehicle broke down, so we needed a rental same day, and they had one. Very nice and bringing it back the next week was an easy process!!!!! Highly recommend.

Requested a mid size car for 16 daysThe vehicle was dirty. Customer service agent was rude and disrespectful. They tried charging $1921.65 for 16 days. The customer service agent became agitated when I asked her to explain some of the unknown surcharges. The agent voided my package and told me to comeback the next day. I've traveled around the world for work and and the USA. This was uncalled for.

Don’t book there! husband booked through his company (as he always does) 2 months ago and today they refused to give us the car because we booked it at $400 and now it’s at $1500.Nobody tried to find a solution and customer service that we called 3 tome did not help they said the only way was to pay.we had to cancel our vacations with our kids.I am not even sure they will refund us.Go to enterprise

Pick up was absolutely perfect and I even received an upgrade. Would have been five stars, but dropoff was a bit of a challenge because I wasn’t made aware that I had get my own mileage, then the receipt wasn’t provided so I had to figure out how to retrieve it online, and after all that I just gave up on trying to get my points.

Show up at 12:00, was told the car isn't ready for 30 min. Come back 2 hours later, staff was juggling around keys, asked for my card. I used my debit card to make reservation. Sorry, we can't give you a car, because you had to use a credit card. I said "Nothing on the web site said use only credit card". She said yes they do under the terms and conditions, it's in the fine print. You'll need to call the 1-800 number for refund. Call the 1-800 number, they issue a refund in 8- 10 business days. I hope the desk woman, the policy people, and the CEO of this company is dealt every bad hand in life and I hope they all suffer great losses not only to them, but to anyone that is friends with them. I seal this curse and bind it on their bad faith operation.

DO NOT USE BUDGET. Unsafe for your wallet. My mother rented a car to go visit her mom. My grandmother had a medical emergency during the visit and Budget is charging us $300 to drop the car off in a different city despite being able to prove that there was a legitimate medical emergency. My mom is in the hospital with my grandma right now and cannot make it down to Gulfport to return the car at the point of sale. They do not care. Don’t use Budget especially if you’re on a trip.

Worst service ever! Company prepaid for the rental and the lady refused to allow my husband to pick up the car as he didn’t have the credit card that prepaid for the reservation. I rent cars through my company on a regular basis and have never had to present the credit card that was used for the reservation. She was unnecessarily rude and her behavior was uncalled for.
