Air pump steals money

Unfortunately the company is fully invested on self-serve registers but the machine doesn't really work. One worker was standing over it walking cash customers through trying to use it. Only cash though, the card machine wouldn't work.
I tried to pay at the pump but the gas wouldn't pump....went inside past the line to the door and waiting in cash only "self" help line to ask for assistance. They told me they couldn't help, the only thing they could do was put in a work order. Went to another pump, managed to get it working but no receipt paper. ?
Waited in another line to the door as the self service kiosk was abandoned. To get my receipt. Was nice to the cashier since none of this was their fault. Just a really inconvenient stop.

(Scam) (Scam)This gas station stole yes stole my money twice I come here almost everyday and the night self check out takes your money and the manager won't even come out the office and give me an explanation I paid for gas the machine started rebooting in the middle of the transaction I showed them the money was took out of my bank account and they won't give me the gas or my money saying it nothing they can do so I warn you do not spend your money here you will get robbed the lady even said it was her last day because she tired of ppl coming in because of the machine takes there money SMH

The most unclean place I have ever seen. Very guetto at night. No cashiers working so you have to use a machine with a security guard at the door. I felt unsafe even being in there.

This place put 12$ of my girlfriends gas on the wrong pump and then refused to pay it back in full. They offered 5$ back then started yelling and screaming at her when I told them I would have to talk to either corporate or police for stealing our money. The guy behind the cashier eventually gave her 10$ just to get her to leave. They still owe her two dollars I have all the evidence and will be talking to corporate tomorrow. The blonde manager stood there watching it all happen.

Highs: convenient location, gasolineLows: high crime area, especially at night. Staff gives unresponsive rude face when customer says hello how are you. Gas stations are not far and few in-between I'd recommend supporting any other place for gas. Worst/rudest customer service I have experienced in a while. The benefit of doing business elsewhere will also result in a happier transaction and not feeling like you need a hazmat suit to enter the store. :-)

The bathrooms are terrible, mold growing in the caulking along the sink, floor must have never seen any chemical in its life. This place is a health risk. I have never comlained about a public restroom before..
