I only came here to shop for kids clothes and got a lot of great outfits. Downside is dressing rooms were closed, indefinitely? They did say you can return anything that doesn't fit but I didn't want to have to go through all that

Whatever manager worked Memorial Day, May 27, 2024 at 10AM is extremely Unprofessional, Disrespectful and RUDE!!!
I went to go purchase a pair of sandles but the manager was so rude after getting to my car I had second thoughts of keeping them. I then noticed the pair of sandles were two different sizes.
Attention manager-if you gone have and attitude at least be on point and make sure your merchandise is in order and tagged together properly instead of coming at customers the way you do.
No customer should have experienced what I did.
This speaks volume about how you became manager that can’t seem to get two matching sandles the same before selling them but have and extremely rude demeanor.
1st and last time ever going to a cititrend store!

Poor management they never open up on time on weekends. It be almost 1pm when the manager get here this been going on for 3 weekends now .
