I love coming to Creative Cuts for my hair color. Everyone there is usually so nice. I was there recently and a beautician there Amber was not very friendly to customers. She never spoke or acted friendly to customers that were not her clients. She also came in and never spoke to waiting customers which some were hers. I feel every client should be treated with great customer service. You should feel welcomed there of which i did not. Hellos can go a long way for a business.

Sammy is the best. I came in a few weeks ago with severely damaged hair. We cut off the damage and created an adorable haircut from my mess. She even suggested a deep conditioning because my hair felt like sandpaper, it was sooooo smooth afterwards.
Now I’m back getting my hair colored and she as always did an amazing job.
*Note: hair is still very smooth, even 2 weeks later*

We just love Sammie she never disappoints. She's always making sure your hair looks exactly how you wanted it to look before you leave. Even going back if she notices something that she didn't quite notice before and fixes it. We won't go anywhere else. So if you're looking for a hair stylist that takes pride in their work and won't let you leave look in the hot mess go see Sammie.

Highly recommend Creative Cuts, and Sammi. Been coming here over a year and a half, and have loved each time. Place is always clean, fresh and personnel ready to work. Sammi has taken my sad hair, and turned it into a stylish do every time. Please take my advice the next time you need a haircut stop in. You will be treated right and leave feeling so proud of you hairdo. Love this place
