This pharmacy is an absolute mess. Tried to let the manager know about something an employee did wrong and was ignored then she ran away so I see why things are a total mess. Manager is a joke. And one of the employees is always baked so I’m sure that doesn’t help

Absolutely terrible service. I had my medication sent to this pharmacy and not only did they not have it, they advised me to share medication with my girlfriend who was in the car in front of me in traffic. They told me to come in the next day to pick it up. The next day they were extremely rude, and said my military insurance was not valid there Even though I'm active duty. Completely unprofessional and shady service.

Horrible they evidently have a some policy that you cant get just one your prescription s like antibiotics an pick up your others later , which i needed to do because of financial reasons which is a real challenge for people like me who are disabled an have a limted income an loads of medical bills they wouldn't let me get my antibiotics which i had the money for an realy needed an talked to the manager she just quoted store policy an shruged it off this shows me they dont care about patients just profits and getting you to buy as many prescription s as they can not allowing patients to be able to prioritize there prescription s according fiancee are choich not to take one of the others you maybe be prescribed i will never shop with them aging

If you have the option to go to another CVS do it. This one is horrible. We called to fill a prescription that our doctor wanted to fill three months in advance because we are moving. The pharmacy technician there said we do not fill three month prescriptions. Our doctor then calls a week later and talks to the pharmacy technician who then agrees to do it. When we go to pick up the prescription, Today 4/11/22 my wife who Is a veteran and has PTSD and ADHD brings in her service dog. My wife is confronted by a employee saying you can't bring dogs in. My wife tells them he is a service dog (my wife didn't even know she worked there because there was no name tag or indication she worked at CVS). My wife described her as looking homeless with a dirty sweater, she is an older Caucasian blonde lady please see pictures attached. The employee then says, "what service does he provide you?" My wife replies "he reminds me to take my medication. That I just picked up from the CVS pharmacy!" The rude employee then says "that's not a service dog, that's an emotional support dog". I don't want to even get into how much money and training we went through to get our dog certified. But to have someone discredit the amount of work our dog put in to become a service dog because of their own ignorance and stupidity makes me never want to shop here again! *The pictures are screenshotted from a video my wife began recording after the rude comment from the employee.*

I was told, after driving for nothing to pick it up Saturday, my eye drop prescription would be filled today. So I called and the same lady hung up on me 3 times after I gave her my birthday. There is no reason for that kind of rudeness! This location has been known as a place where customer service needed to improve. Please treat your customers better, especially when customers are trying to be patient and courteous to those working in the pharmacy.

Waited 10 minutes at the register (that no one was behind) to check out while a family was having problems checking out on the self checkout. I went to the pharmacy check out to ask if I could check out there and they said they would call a manager to come check me out at the front. So I went back to the front and waited for a manager to check out. She finally arrived, looked at me and pointed at the self check out and said "you can self check out" and walked back into the back. Mind you the family that was on the self check out was still there. So I waited. The self check out then needed a manager so she came back out, helped them, and then finally decided to check me out. Unfortunately I didn't catch the managers name. Also in this process of all this going on a gentleman asked if I worked there because he needed help and I told him I did not- he shrugged and walked out the store with whatever medicine he had in his hand. So, all in all customer service was terrible and if you're looking to get in and out without paying this is the CVS to visit.

I called to see who the manufacturer of a certain generic drug was that this cvs carries. The lady pharmacist rudely told me she don't give that information out on the phone and I would have to come in to find out. I called the other 5-6 pharmacies in my area and found out the info with no problem. I do not like cvs or their generics. I was only thinking of using this one because it's close to home but ms pharmacist just reminded me to never use cvs.
