Do NOT purchase the fuel option. It is not refundable! And they do not fully explain it. It is not the cheapest fuel in town and you’ll quickly learn that once you get 1.5 mile down the road. If you do purchase this option, be sure to return the car with no fuel as you’ll be charged the full tank regardless. The customer service phone line was useless and she didn’t seem to listen to anything I was saying. After repeating myself over and over and told I’d have to handle it at the counter upon returning the vehicle, I just hung up. The three staff members working when I returned the vehicle were understanding and helpful in getting the charge removed even though they apparently weren’t supposed to. My work was not going to cover the cost so I was extremely thankful.

I would give zero stars if I could. I rented a car for a trip we were taking, our pick up location was biloxi/gulfport, Ms.When we arrived to puck the car up no one was at the desk. I called the company and was told they were on lunch and to give them 5 minutes. I was also told i could go to the hertz counter for assistance. No one ever showed up at the counter so I went to the hertz counter at the airport. I waited in line for almost 2 hours. I also ended up paying another $150 additional to what I already pre-paid. Also when I got into the vehicle it smelled awful. I have rented many cars from several different companies but I will never rent from this company again. Horrible experience.

Good experience however they need to be a little more clear with their customers. I returned with more than half a tank of gas and paid for them to fill it up not knowing they would charge for a full tank. This was not disclosed at all or I would have never signed up for that garbage.

I arrived late because bad weather forced me to miss my flight. I called the customer service number to tell them so and I was told that I would be fine as long as I got to the rental desk before they closed. When I got there, the guy said they had no cars and that I had done 3 things wrong! I was late, I should have told the operator on the phone to contact the local office, and that I had "reserved a rate, not a car". A rate doesn't get me where I want to go. I reserved a car and they didn't honor the reservation. Worse yet, the guy couldn't care less and blamed me!

Prepaid so the vehicle would be ready, but when I arrived they didn't have what I rented but offered me another vehicle for a small upcharge of $30 a day. Since I was traveling for work I said I would wait and wait is what I did, an hour+ over my reservation time. I wish I would have checked the reviews first.

Fueled up before turning in my car at the Racetrack gas station right down the road but was still charged for fuel. My experience was good until I saw my emailed receipt. Being stolen from kind of sours your whole experience. Now I have to go to the bank to get proof of the debit. They know my care didn't need topping off because my husband topped it off less than five minutes prior to turn in. Beware. Print your receipt and bring it with you. I won't use them again.

Why do I have to wait 7 days to get a receipt for my rental? Some employers require employees to finalize their travel voucher 24 hours after completing travel.

Never rent from them. I think it a scam. They will charge your credit card for things nor there late fees . If don't have car they charge you and way.

Do not do business online with them! I booked and paid online, called and confirmed, got to the airport and they have no cars available. The online booking and actual rental company apparently have NO communication. I wasted time and money.

Super terrible service. Car smelled like three people smoked in it. Lady came out to tell me that there were no cars. Literally 5 sitting in spots when I drove up. Mississippi floods they gave me a Ford Fiesta. Yeah car would have been under water. Would not recommend. Be prepared to wait 3 hrs as well. If I could give no stars I would. Front desk person could not help totally out of his control.

Inexpensive, buuuuuuuuut vehicle had some problems. It stank so bad from the smoke trapped in the fibers it would choke me upon opening the door, the check engine light kept coming off and on and three of the wheels were overinflated by 13 psi while the other one was 2 psi under...It wasn't terrible, but it sure wasn't great. Not sure if this was a bad example or if I should never buy a Hyundai.

Didn’t go to Dollar car rental. I used Enterprise which was next to the dollar counter.
