Hands down the worst dollar tree I have ever been to. The shelves are always empty and the employees act as if your cause the of every problem in their life. Mark and avoid at all costs.

I’ve been coming here to film for awhile now, but I guess the older white employees was uncomfortable with me being there and said dollar tree didn’t allow it! Which I knew was a lie 1000s of people film at dollar tree but you know you can only pray for people like them.

One of the worst places ever Everytime I go in there at night the manager and associate play music very loudly and it should be gospel the way the store looks they need Jesus Also there is another manager there and store manager is always yelling at, when she doesn't give a damn who in the store hears it.it's the closest store to my house yet it is the worst one I've ever been to

On 3/24/24, my mom and I went to the Dollar Tree on Pass Road. We had a very unpleasant encounter with a black female employee who also appeared to be pregnant. The incident happened between 12:00 and 12:30 pm. We pushed our buggies up to the counter. The female employee never acknowledged us and was “busy” doing something else. We knew that she noticed us but she never said a word. My mom asked her if she was open and the employee said “Ain’t my light on?” My mom said yes but you never acknowledged us any kind of way. The employee responded with a nasty attitude “ what you expecting me to do just grab the stuff? From this point on she proceeded to argue with me and my mom to the point where we did not buy anything. She was yelling across the store as we walked toward the exit. We were “blamed” for simply wanting her to do her job. The manager never intervened and tried to correct the employee. The lack of action from the manager was extremely upsetting.
Needless to say, my mom and I were very upset by this experience and we visit A LOT of dollar trees and we have never had to deal with such blatant disrespect and disregard for us as black women and frequent customers of dollar tree. Her arrogant attitude makes us not want to go to ANY dollar tree!!! We have a choice in where we want to spend our money. We will not go anywhere where the employees are rude, nasty, and disrespectful.

Friendly staff, good deals. Dollar tree has recently been doing a better job of keeping the popular deals stocked. I dont mind the mess, as long as I can find what I came to their store for!!!

The cashier Xavier was incredibly courteous and thoughtful, and the store is in great shape. I can tell that it’s an alright place to work and that management both care, and are competent.
