This FStone on 25th St used to be good a long time ago, but now it's different. Charged my husband $$$ for a repair that he declined (and the repair was not done either). Other necessary repairs he approved were "done" but he had to come back because the vehicle was NOT fixed, so he had to spend extra money for the "new diagnosis/fix).
Doesn't matter if they talk nice to you or they offer you a coffee or a little % or not, What matters is that you expect to get your vehicle properly diagnosed and fixed at a competitive price, and you feel you got screwed over. We won't be coming back.

Didnt put oil pan screw right all oil leaked out.Had to go back to store. Could have caused my engine to lock up if I didn't see the leak

This Firestone location may stay backed up a lot, but they have taken great care of our vehicles! I have had the pleasure of getting to know Ms. Dee and Wes. I hate that now Ms. Dee is at the courthouse location, but that is OK. It works better for her, and I'm happy for her. They are both attentive, respectful and you can tell they really care about their customers needs. I would encourage anyone to go to courthouse and ask for Ms. Dee or go to 25th and ask for Wes. They will take care of you and provide excellent customer service!

Dropped my car off at 730 am the man behind the counter seem frustrated with how much work that was scheduled but I had advised I planned on coming back to pick it up. He told me should be ready by lunch or just after. They call me at 430 pm to tell me they couldn't do the allignment because something was installed wrong. I drove back to the shop to ask them what was installed wrong and he had the technician come out and show me nothing was installed wrong he just couldn't do the allignment because some hardware was frozen and was ready to leave for the day. The man that lied to me about something being installed incorrectly was named Chris. I cannot belive these guys think it was acceptable to have me waste an entire day and not have been treated with any kind of solution to the issue that they thought I had. Funny enough I took it to another store and the allignment was done in 1 hour... nothing was installed correctly or even any frozen hardware.... seems they just didn't want to do my allignment because I had a free lifetime allignment. Jokes on them I always tip the advisor and the tech that work on my allignments I have been for years.

Customer service provided by manager Mike is terrible!!! He sarcastically laughed at me and told me he couldn’t do a small job because it is the weekend. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them as a loyal customer for years. It’s what you do to help with the little things for your loyal customers between the big jobs that makes that loyalty stay strong. Well Manager Mike - you failed!

I will be bringing all my vehicles to the Firestone that Jamie is working at it is bc of his kind friendly attitude that gave me the confidence to hire Firestone to do the wrk on my vehicle. However I was deeply concerned over the managers pushy attempts to up charge me on two different occasions bc I’m am also a mechanic I was able to see through his attempts. It was his actions that had me hesitant on getting Firestone to do my work and I can only imagine how many unsuspecting customers the manager takes advantage of that way.but it was Jamie who put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence that he would see to it my vehicle was fixed properly and honestly and bc of f him I will have Firestone doin all my wrk at the store he is working at as well as telling everyone I know to take thier vehicles to that guy.somebody needs to tell the manager at the down town Firestone that you can sheer a sheep many times but you can only skin it once.

I have been to this location for years and had a personal relationship with the people who took care if my car. They are all gone no personal touch. The workers seemed overwhelmed. Not sure I'll be back.

They did not check all tires up front. Price $150 out the door. About 2 hours later called to say the tire on back also had to be replaced and another $150. I said proceed. 30 minutes later called again to say now I need a 3rd tire another $150. I told them to put old tires back on and I would go elsewhere. When I got there they explained if they would have known I needed 3 then it would have been $266 for 3 different tires. I went to the Firestone on Courthouse and bought the tires. They told me I would need a battery soon but didn't bother to tell me that they had to jump start it to back it out of the bay so of course when I parked it wouldn't start. I'm done doing business with Firestone and am happy to tell everyone why.

“Unlimited/lifetime alignments” is a complete scam. After one or 2, you don’t get aligned you just get to pick up your car in the same condition a couple hours later. And appointment times mean absolutely nothing. Just plan to leave your car there all day and hope they do what they charge you for. Or, ya know, take it elsewhere.

All I asked was for a starter these people locked up my motor and after more than a week they finally tell me oh my motor locked up after my car was in the air for days. Me as a paying customer I'm wondering why is my old starter still on my car and that's all I asked for them to do. Corporate's not going to do anything but protect the workers and that's cool I'll see y'all in court. And addition my motor was NOT locked before I gave my car to them all I need was a starter. And that still wasn't done

I had an appointment at 9 am to replace front brake pads, needed my truck by 3pm, was told no problem, arrived to pick my truck up at 4 pm, truck was on the rack with all 4 tires off, hadn’t even started the brake job, no calls during the day about any issues, finished my truck at 5:30, price changed 3 times while I was waiting, and the people up front, could have cared less, will never waste my time at that location again

Called in the morning to schedule an appt for an alignment. Was scheduled an appt at 2pm. Dropped the vehicle off at 12:45pm. Got called at 5:30pm and told they couldn’t get to it today and they close at 6pm. Asked about the following day (Sunday) and was told they didnt have an alignment tech available that worked that day. They need to schedule their work a little better rather then waste peoples time. Received an invoice via email that stated “customer could not wait” and also supposedly checked my batteries when the truck never left the spot it was parked in. C’mon Firestone. Do better

This location has turned me away two times in the past year after calling before I bring my car in. They do a good job fixing the car if they have the entire day. Make sure you bring your car in at 8 in the morning. They will take it after noon; however, they will keep it for over an hour and tell you they don’t have time to fix it.
Delta world tire was able to fix it within an hour. They are just a few doors down
It’s was a tire sensor, by the way.
