The service is good, but they don't give you what they offer. The 12-month guarantee for a stand-alone alignment is a lie. I came for an alignment on November 3 and not even five months later they charged me the same amount I paid the first time. Don't make offers that you won't fulfill

I had the drivers side front window regulator replaced. Afterwards a warning on the dash indicated that the window needed to be lowered and raised. Returned to Firestone. Vehicle computer reset. The problem returned. Returned to firestone. Problem went away with no explanation. (for a day) Returned to Firestone. It was decided to install an OEM regulator. No problem for over a month. Despite the frequent trips back and forth they handled the problem and got it worked out at no additional cost. I am pleased that they stood behind their work and took care of it.

First off let me say that this review is not based on the employees. The employees that I interacted with were friendly, courteous and respectful. The fact that my vehicle was hoisted in the air, had pictures taken of and was told parts were bad when in fact the parts were brand new and just loose is the complaint I have. Since I was told I had bad parts, I took their word and ordered new parts and got a second opinion. That second opinion let me know that my parts were not faulty and were just loose. I will not do business with this location due to this.

I can’t express how much I’m thankful for this place. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and apparently after reading other forums my type of Jeep will give off many codes to fix when in actual it’s a certain vv solenoid. They trouble shooted it and did the research to make sure they fixed it . I’m so grateful for the time they took and customer service I was given. I’m so happy my car runs like brand new !!

Very nice people who go out of their way to be helpful. Although we had to wait for a while, it was because they were waiting on parts to be delivered so it was beyond their control. The mechanic was very nice and apologized for the time it took. I told him that it was fine because we threw in the extra work that he hadn't planned his schedule to include.

Cory was awesome at explaining everything that we had planned on doing and why we needed to do a couple other things. I gave him a budget and he was able to stay below that. He needs to be a trainer for other local stores!

Great experience and visit. Mechanic noticed a serious issue and informed me of it right away with recommendations before any work was done but this allowed me to get it fixed and within my affordability as the man behind the counter was awesome about helping me get the price to the best place possible using veteran discount and available coupons via website. I've been telling people about my great experience nonstop!

Firestone Complete Auto Care, Courthouse RD is fantastic. Scheduled the frontend alignment on line & prompted received a verified appointment. The staff at the counter were great...explained what was to be completed. Totally, surprised when I received the vehicle back in less than an hour. Making an appointment makes all the difference. RECOMMEND!
