Stopped in to get several supplies for work. They had everything I needed in stock. I looked up what aisles certain items were in online to find what I needed. The aisle and bay locations were accurate. So helpful!

Called multiple times to check on the availability of a product. A manager told me he could not help because he was going on lunch break. He took my number and said he'd call back. Never got a call. I called back later that day, and spoke with a girl who was beyond rude. Sarcastically lied to me about policies and basically told me I was not important and that I would have to come to the physically come to the store to see if they had stock. Absolutely unacceptable!

First DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES from this store! Sales people are nice enough but when it comes to problems you can’t get any help. I ordered a washer on Jan 9th. It was delivered on Jan. 18th. Ran 2 loads of clothes and it started leaking. We don’t want a new washer that needs to be repaired! Told them to just pick it up. We were told we could not return if over 48 hrs! It was over a week before they even delivered it. Now we’re told we have to go through Manufacturer. They have to approve returns. It’s been a mess! Weve had it less than 30 days and has used it two times.

The over-the-phone service is AWFUL. You're waiting an average 15 minutes to speak to someone, & when they finally answer- it's useless. My husband has been hung up on FIVE times in the last hour. Use any other location, just not this Home Depot!!

I went there in uniform, didn't even get asked by some lady who was talking on her phone with air pods in. You are at work, in retail, why are you talking on your phone one, secondly she wouldn't even run my phone number for my account and told me to pull it up on my app. I will not be using Home Depot as a result of this experience, I've never dealt with such don't give a f*** attitude from someone who works a a Home Depot. If you want to play on your phone and not care go do it in the back, not working at a register.

The Anderson windows are a great price with Home Depot, but be prepared to deal with terrible customer service and a not my problem attitude from managers and staff. We ordered our windows in November and were supposed to get them in February. Almost the end of March and no one seems to know what is going on or the status of delivery for the remainder of our windows. They say they will call me back when they need to check on something, but I have yet to receive one return call. I did get an email once stating that someone would call me back, but that call never came. They delivered a partial order in the pouring rain when I told them that it was going to be storming all morning, then act like it is my fault that the construction site is a sloppy mess. I mean pretty much everyone has access to the weather forecast. The only person who has kept their word and actually just returned my call while I was writing this review, is Leroy. Managers and customer service, you could learn a few things about building trust and showing respect to your customers from Leroy. Word to the wise, it is probably worth paying extra through a different Anderson vendor.

Ordered a washing machine on August 27th - still not delivered. Lots of excuses as to why. Delivery rescheduled by HD for the 5th time today. DO NOT get appliances from this store.

The only thing worse than bad customer service is when you place your order online in an attempt to avoid dealing with customer associates with bad attitudes, is when that online feature is bulls!t. I intentionally placed an order online for pick-up to avoid having to deal with the Home Depot customer associates, only to arrive to learn that those items that while they were on inventory according to their website, are not. Evidently the failure of management extends beyond just people with bad attitudes. Lowe's is in Waveland...you might have better luck there.

today I had one of the best Customer service interactions. BILLY went above and beyond today to help me with a clearance vacuum. He was running around asking people about a charger for the display model claiming up and down ladders looking for the damn thing. He ended up running across a new one that the system didn't know the store had.. BIG shout out to billy and for making my day and keeping a customer.

I purchased a koi pond kit was very frustrated with the manufacturer but it finally got shipped I was not in a very good mood after waiting weeks for it but I want to commend Jeney H at the Gulfport store She went above and beyond to get me the koi pond Nowadays the clerks are not helpful at stores but she went beyond She is definitely a hard and caring worker she helped me tremendously Terry at the front desk also helped getting the pond in the truck I would recommend this store tremendously now the one on Cedar Lake road I will never go into again These stores are totally different in the way they treat customers
