Everything is CLUNKY SLOW about Hancock Whitney Bank! First, they make you WAIT 9 full days before getting a debit card. Second, they make you WAIT another 9-10 days before your DEPOSITS are released to you for being a NEW customer. Thirdly, their WEBSITE is ALSO CLUNKY SLOW, too. This bank's SLOW, CLUNKY operations are about 20 years behind technology! Get with it! Lastly, they give you NO temporary debit card to use, while you WAIT 9 days for the batch processing of debit cards to be sent out.

My husband used the night drop on Wednesday to deposit a paycheck. By Friday it was never deposited in our account, so he called to find out, was given the run-around, and told he would receive a callback, but that never happened. This morning, by magic I guess, it was in our account. I want to know why he was never contacted, where the check was, and why did it take 5 days and a holiday weekend to deposit? This branch is rude every time I go there. I'll be tak7ng a drive to Biloxi for my banking needs from now on.

Been coming here for over 8 years almost every day for work. Never a bad experience. They have always been accurate and fast. Super nice as well. It makes your day better when you use a bank that always has a smile on their faces!

Used to be my favorite bank. After a year they lost records of my POA. I called and a lady told me I could come in up to 5:30 to discuss. Drove 45 minutes, lobby was closed. Drive thru only. I'm done, closing my accounts tomorrow.

I know it's Friday. I know they are probably short staffed.? But, I will not be going through that drive thru again. I'll go inside. I've never waited 20 minutes at any of their other locations. Any one need a job? I'm sure they're hiring.

Needed to go inside, but no advanced warning about appointment needed first. They need to let their customers know when they change the norm and why! I mean we are made to give a phone number, an address and an email address!

Branch officer and staff are always willing to assist in ones matters of finance with the bank. From on line banking for the first time to the paper sleeves to roll your change.
