I was looking for this bag everywhere but my local stores were sold out and the resellers were up-charging. I posted about it on Facebook on a Kate Spade page and Ms. Hollie Oliver reached out to me saying her store had one left.
I didn’t know Kate Spade takes orders through text and I expected that the bag would be a floor model (which I was also fine with), but to my surprise, it wasn’t!
It was completely new from the warehouse and packaged thoughtfully. I also appreciated the notes that were written on the box because it was sweet to read as I opened it. They went above and beyond even with the hurricane that passed by.
The bag is BEAUTIFUL and I can’t stop staring at it. I’ve already received many compliments. I’m super grateful Hollie reached out to me—especially for the price I was able to purchase it for.

Finally had the chance to visit the Outlet today! From the moment you open the door they greeted you with a smile. The girls in there are very friendly and they make you feel comfortable and give you time to think about what you really want! I was really happy with my purchase and the customer service!!! ?

Store is a joke, and employee Cailtyn is rude and unprofessional. Stares, eye rolls, talking about costumers in the corner, dirty looks, and I could keep going.UPDATE: The store manager Emily reached out to me she was very kind and helpful and apologized for her employees' behavior. I would shop here again as long as Caitlyn is not working. That kind of disgusting behavior does not go in line with the values that Kate Spade writes that they have on their website, and she needs to be trained better.

I was in Kate Spade this past Saturday around 4pm shopping for a purse for my girlfriend. The workers are very helpful and was able to help me pick out a purse that my girlfriend absolutely loved! Miss Caitlyn was extremely helpful! I cannot recommend this store enough!

The store was clean and organized but the employees were lazy and rude. They were to busy talking and catching up on the latest gossip I guess to help anyone. Was a Saturday around 3:30 and the store was not packed so not sure why no one could help me. Tried to ask someone about the sales and the employee was very rude. Blonde hair in a clip, black outfit on and glasses. She stated there were signs and to just look around. Very unprofessional

Went in Saturday around 3:58pm to shop with my two daughters and mom, my 13 year old likes the jewelry and purses. She ended up getting a couple pairs of earrings this trip. I did notice the awkward and unsettling behaviors by the employees at this location. I got stared at, received dirty looks and eye rolls by one certain employee named Caitlyn also, no one spoke to me to help me find anything or ask why I was there and was talked about in the corner by two employees, one being the employee mentioned above, Caitlyn. She had a personal problem with me by her actions. I did not say anything to cause an issue due to my children being with me but even my teenager noticed her immature behavior. I'll just shop online and have it delivered because unfortunately my daughter wants some items for Christmas. Next time be professional and leave pettiness outside the work place. It is not a good lookUpdate : added my receipt to show day and time since a suspicious review was added that happened to highlight same day, time and employee I had a horrible experience with, also no other customers were in the store when my mom and daughters were in the store.

So worth a visit. First weekend in April 2023, there is a huge sale with big discounts. $99 dollar Kate Spade bags. I'm a fan of a good handbag, wallet, or purse, and this outlet met my expectations. Stopped in while driving across country. Nice yellows, baby blues, butterfly patterns, etc. Not sure how long the sale will last, but it's worth a shot.

Oh how they have the best selection! There are great deals- 60-70% off! I was able to fine the perfect clutch for an upcoming wedding! Service was on point and I was very happy!
