Normally i have good experience at lowes. I ordered something online to pickup at store. Gulfport MS customer service was much better than I expected. They carried item to my truck and loaded for me. Ive never had that kind of care at any of the 5 other Lowes within driving distance of my residence. Great job Gulfport. Excellent.

Shayne helped me today and had so many great suggestions and was so easy to talk to. This store’s staff is always friendly and they offer to walk you to the item you need- which can take a lot of their time since it s a huge store but I always appreciate

Lowe’s has the best loyalty rewards, amazing departmental and merchandising staff! They are always looking for customers to assist and they do whatever they can to help you find what you’re looking for. We are having the worst experience with Lowe’s appliances! Had a Frigidaire fridge and Whirlpool washer and dryer delivered Jan 13th fridge arrived damaged, washer and dryer are not working properly. Local store blamed issues on the delivery team, which is unresponsive to calls.Now waiting for manf service tech. . . Very disappointed in Lowe’s customer service
