I purchased a range from Lowe’s in Gulfport Mississippi. My first complaint was that I only received receipt for my purchase. I also purchased extended warranty for my product. I was then told that the information on the extended warranty was at the end of my receipt and that was the only papers I received. And still when they were Deliver the range to my house. There are no information given on the range at all and Mann installed the range. I thanked him and I wasn’t informed to check the range to see what I thought about it or any of that information and now I’ve been out of town due to the death and now I’m back home and Thursday of this week is past week I called to let them know that there was something wrong with it, and They sent someone out for wellness check. Once that person came for the wellness check it was a delivery person and he just looked at the product and said it was nothing he could do and left and told said that I need to call the store and let them know the return to exchange my stove, so received call to the store and spoke with one of the salesman there , he told me that was not at once he talked with his manager. That was nothing they could do for me but called GE and let them know what’s my concern. Therefore, I am very irritated about how Lowe’s treated me with this purchase and I don’t feel like I truly want to get another purchase from Lowe’s, which I go to Lowe’s as opposed to going to Home Depot or any other product store that stores that sell those types of products because I trusted Lowe’s has been years since I’ve been using Lowe’s and I get this type of treatment. Thank you for your concern.

After I posted my negative review, a manager from Lowes came to my house and worked with me to get the manufacturer, Atrium, to come out and remediate the leaks. She remained in constant contact with all parties until the issue was resolved. I am pleased to have my windows fixed.

Purchased a storm door from Lowes and paid Lowes for install. Storm door was not working properly and we were having issues getting out of the door. When we pushed on the handle to get out, the handle was stuck and we injured our fingers a couple of times, so Larson sent out a new handle/lock. Called Lowes installation and they sent a guy out who wanted to cut out our door frame b/c he said the plate was too thick and said he did not think it was the lock, so he declined to change it out. We declined to let him cut out our door frame b/c we had the same storm door prior to this one and never had to have our door frame cut out. Also each time they sent someone they did not introduce themselves and did not seem happy about having to come back out to fix the door. Another installer came out and used a device to thin out the plate, but did not want to change the lock/handle. Finally after asking him about changing it out, he did but fail to put the spring in the handle and he had to be reminded to do so. I spoke to Lowes installation about possibly getting some of the money back to pay someone else to come and fix the door and they declined, stating I needed to send pictures, so I told the customer service rep that they could just send someone out to take a look b/c the picture would not show the issue we are having with the lock. The door is opening a little better, but it still sticks when you try to go out of it. The rep offered to send someone else, but I told him that 3 people have come and can't seem to get it right and were unprofessional and did not want to deal with them.

Thanks to ANGELA in cabinetry for going above and beyond to help me in another department that was under staffed, she took action helped me pick out my set and loaded my washer and dryer with no help as well as got all my accessories leaving me taken care of! She was prompt with a great attitude and was a pleasant experience to encounter in a world where hard work is sought after but hard to find. I will continue to do business at this Lowe’s and hope to see her taking a leadership roll and encouraging and leading others to partake in her work ethic. Thank you Angela.
