Taken a older car down to get paint match photo scanned. After scanning he compared to original paint code. He said looked the same. Paint ended up being way off. I called to talk to him and he didn't remember the day we scanned the car. Told me no refunds and or any offer to re mix paint.
I've been a pretty regular customer for last couple years. Mostly buying for used car lots and other salvage car projects I buy for myself.
The main guy that works in this store has become increasingly harder to deal with. That's a whole other issue. But to not care at all about such a little problem. And no offer find a middle gound is just disappointing.
