BEWARE: Do not trust this company with any of your appliance repairs. They will lie, cheat, and steal from you. They promise a (90) warranty and then say that the warranty is only for parts and not for their repair services. We paid $225 for a washer repair with this store. After three weeks and us having to make SEVERAL calls to the alleged owner (Phinese) he said that the washer was repaired. We bring our washer home, and it will not power on AT ALL. Might I mention that it had POWER when we brought it to the store. The only issue was that the washer would not fill with water and that is what was to be repaired. They ruined the washer and then "Phinese" said that the issue was not his concern, and they did what was needed. He refused to look at the washer even though they clearly messed it up worse. He hung up on my husband and I and made threatening remarks. He refused a refund and then said the (90) warranty he guaranteed when we first met was a lie. The warranty is only for parts. CORRUPT and FRAUDULENT ESTABLISHMENT. I do not even know how they stay open. PLEASE do not trust them or use them. They will lie to you and take your money for nothing. They are not reputable. They state they are accredited which is a LIE. They are not accredited by the BBB.

Tried to do business with a small business and purchased a used washer and dryer. Machine did not wash first time I tried to use it. Called them several times no answer, went to store and the young lady was apologetic and agreed to swap with another one (did not work either, even after they swore it was certified and been tested) went back to store was told the owner would call me he has not, she said he was on base at Keesler Air Force base and would call me soon. 2 weeks gone and he hasn't called not even about the first washer. Well I am now stuck with buying a new one from a reliable company and highly recommend to everyone to avoid purchasing appliances from this company and buy elsewhere, they get your money and they do not follow up with their customers after the sale of defective products. Guess I'll see them in small claims court!!!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Michelle today, when I went to pickup a rental. Michelle is very informative, helpful, caring and provides fantastic customer service with a cheerful personality, a smiling face, upbeat persona and a can do attitude.If you are in the market for a rental, appliances (They have some good deals on appliances) or need a new cell phone, go see Michelle; you will be glad you did!

Avoid this place at all cost. They sell used washer and dryers in the same building I purchased one from them with a 90 day warranty, used the dryer one time and never worked again. Reached out to the receptionist and the owner multiple times. Was told by owner her would fix the dryer or replace it he never showed. Reached out again he said he would come the same day to fix it. Never showed up. Worst customer service ever and bad business. Now I'm stuck with a dryer and paying for it since it was a bundle with washer and dryer and dryer doesn't work. Will never do business with this company again worst experience I have ever had.

Wash/dryer set. Both appliances work great, are in good condition and were well priced. Received timely same day delivery with all necessary items for installation. Included military discount and 90 day warranty. Very satisfied.

The lady didn't know what she was doing she confirmed my order before she pulled it and then could not find my order and now my order says it was picked up even though I have not received my item very unsatisfied
