My husband returned a rental car on the January 23, 2023 Monday at 8am. Monday noon when I was going to the funeral I looked for my sunglasses I realized that I left them in the sunglasses compartment in the rental car. I quickly text my husband that she I forgot my sunglasses in the rental car. He quickly called the National rental car. He was told to file a lost and found so he did. He was also told they were call him back that day but they never did. The next day Tuesday I stopped at the airport National rental which is just across my work to see if they have my sunglasses. The black lady who was there looked all the lost and found items inside the room and under the register desk. She handed me a black square sunglasses I told her they are mine. Mines are brown Jim Maui. I stood there and waited for awhile. She looked again but did not say if they were there or not. She called a person on her phone and mention about sunglasses. Sounded no promising! The other guy came ( her colleague) asked what’s going on. She told him that I am looking for my Jim Maui sunglasses. They were having a conversation about them and she said that she cannot afford Jim Maui such and such. I said to them they are not prescription so anybody can wear them. She gave a pen and a piece of note pad to write my name and phone number so I did. She said, they will call me but never did! If they return my sunglasses I will them a 5 star.

I have been in customer service for over two decades! When I tell you, Gabrielle Marson, is THE BEST sales rep I've EVER EVER EVER HAD, SHE IS THE BEST!!! I felt awful (I have crohns disease). Not only did she expedite us, bc I wasn't feeling well, she also was super friendly! I actually, forgot I was even sick! ? She helped us with directions and had the perfect amount of small talk! She us definitely an asset to National and Enterprise rentals! She most certainly deserves raise!!!! I watched her work efficiently and effectively with many customers. She blew all the other reps, thar were dealing with rentals, out of the water! What a grateful experience to have with Gabrielle!!! You go girl, keep doing what you're doing, you're going far in life!

Total sham of a company and it's employees. I wouldn't rent a car again from them if they had the last rental on earth. What a joke. They've ruined all of our plans. They took our reservation at 3:00 pm and on our way at 7 to pick up the car, they called and told us they had no more rentals. Too late to go anywhere else. I hope their business goes down the toilet. Whoever manages that place needs to be FIRED.

The vehicle they gave me was an embarrassment. I am a long time customer and the car is beat, no mats and it was a commercial vehicle with lettering.

The National Rental Car at the Biloxi Airport is HORRIBLE!!! If I could give them a negative 10, it still would not be low enough!! I have been sitting for 3 hours waiting for them to give me my rental car, along with at least 10 other people. They say they are washing the cars...I believe they over booked and just don't want to say that. By the time I get a car everywhere will be closed to get food . They could at least offer to order Pizza for everyone.

I just drop my car off and when the receipt was email to me the rate was double and damage waiver was added. there is no number to contact directly to gulfport location. I just need my rate fixed. I was on the phone with national and emailed over the information but was told email was not received. all the years with national I never had this issue. Someone needs to reach out to me to fix this.

Clean vehicles. Great management. If you have an issue come up, reach out to them and they will try to correct it. Positive Customer service and communication.

I have been a National Emerald member for years and have rented from the GPT facility numerous times without any problems, although there is no Emerald aisle. Unfortunately, my last rental was not satisfactory. I reserved a full size vehicle but was given a Nissan Sentra. This car was very small (intermediate) and uncomfortable. We are older and my husband was post op back surgery. Extremely uncomfortable for a 1000 mile drive, and not what I reserved.

This will be my first and last time ever booking with them. Had my reservation for three weeks. Showed up on time with my debit card they told me I couldn’t rent a car unless I had a major Credit Card. Called my auntie who was going to show up with her credit card but by then they had no cars available. My reservation for 9 o’clock this was by 9:20. Had me stuck out with no ride and had to cancel my birthday hotel in Florida. If I could give no stars I would.
