This is my most favorite Nautica store ever. The male employee (K) is my favorite employee ever and the reason I have a Nautica line item in my budget. We Or in Gulfport several times a year and this Nautica store is always my first visit. And this gentleman is always the reason why I will come back. The store is beautiful. It’s always well put together. It always looks absolutely impeccable but the customer service I am provided is second to none and if this gentleman isn’t in the store when I come in. I look around and I come back to make sure that when I buy I buy from him just in case they get commission.

The gentleman that helped me was very patient and helpful. He went above and beyond to make my shopping experience very pleasurable. I was shopping for my grandsons back to school. HECTIC! I live four and a half hours away. It will be worth the drive just for the customer service 😊. Thanks to Mr. Kwame

1st time going into this store in a while. As I enter the store I lady looks at me from behind the counter but never greets me. I’m in the store for around 20 minutes. This lady greets every single prison that walks thru the door. Even going up to them to ask if she can help in anyway. Each time I walk past her she looks the other way, still not saying a word to me. She at one point saw me look her way and she quickly turned.
Yes I’m a woman wearing a ball cap! Yes, she absolutely made me feel unwelcome in this store! Her name was Karen. I’m assuming she was the manager because she was telling another associate what to do. Very sad folks treat others the way they do today.
This other associate male came up to cash me out and was the sweetest ever!! Sorry didn’t get his name. But he was great!

This is one of my favorite stores. I am a big fan of the clothing line. This is the closest one to me from where I live. Mostly, I would wait until visiting the east coast to shop. I found some really good stuff, and the deals were awesome. Kudos for the staff that helped me and my wife.
