Had an alignment done here and the car was still pulling to the right while driving. Brought the vehicle back and got them to check the alignment again. They "fixed" the problem and 2 months later, the car is pulling again and the tire is worn on the outside. There were no mechanical problems either time mentioned to me, or in the records on file. They told me they would not replace the tire because I didn't buy them there, even though the issue has to be the alignment. Will not be coming back ever to this store, and probably not to another NTB... Disgusted with the service!

I have been to this location many times and the service I always recieve is fantastic. The staff is warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable! They keep you updated on your vehicle as it is being serviced. Greg is the absolute best in customer service he is very knowledgeable always polite and professional.

These people are the best. They put 4 tires on and did an alignment for me in just over an hour and I didn’t have an appointment. My car drives better now than it ever did before. Thanks for the great work.

I had a flat the previous night. These guys got me in and out in under an hour! The bays were full and they still managed to squeeze me in. Awesome service and alot cheaper for a new tire than what I expected. I'll definitely be going back!

Because the lady Laurie and her crew are the best in the world. They've treated me like gold. They take wonderful care of my car, They go away above and beyond.They should All receive a very large raise!And they need a very big pay increase because they're doing excellent work.

Put the inside of the tire on the outside so we took it back and they fixed it but scratched the wheel and didn't put the air cap back on the tire they were very kind and didn't take to long but a bit of a inconvenience having to go back and now having to order a new cap and get the wheel fixed

They’re usually fine but this last visit showed me some colors. I don’t recommend using this particular location. I’ve been a long time customer.Firstly, I visited NTB to get my tire patched, then once I left they had failed to let me know the patch was too close to the sidewall and let me leave with no air pressure. Pretty big failure on their part. (I do understand I should have did a walk around and inspected it. It’s also my fault for not noticing and blindly trusting.)To make matters worse, I discovered that the employees had been digging through my vehicle's center console without my permission or knowledge. The clip inside was broken. I know because I kept the special lug nut there.. which they did not call to find out the location for.Additionally, NTB failed to properly set (learn) my tire sensors on the correct tire not once, but twice. Which is why I thought it was a wrong reading on the empty tire. It showed driver rear when it was actually the passenger front. This level of incompetence is astounding and demonstrates a lack of attention to detail and basic knowledge.The biggest fumble was my finding out that NTB replaced my brake pads without letting me know I might need rotors or providing a rotor recommendation. This turned into me paying them the $600 for the brakes and now I have to replace both rotors and the brakes again after 2 months.Lastly, the middle aged male employee at the desk with the beard felt like it was alright to cut me off while we were conversating. I didn’t raise my voice and I didn’t shut him up. This led to my walking out.In conclusion, my experience at NTB was marred by bad customer service, a lack of communication, invasion of privacy, incompetence, negligence, and disrespectful behavior. I would go ahead and avoid this place until they get it together with their new system update or whatever it is they’d like to blame.*EDIT* I got my tire patched at RNR. It wasn’t so close that it couldn’t be patched. It was 2 inches from the sidewall. Another fumble.
