Poor service, blames the customer and doesn't fix what the boat was brought in to be worked. Definitely finding a different boat place to take my boat to. Some of the great work done in pictures below.

The marine mechanic I was using had the shift actuator replaced a few months ago after I was have a shift actuator error. After he changed it I finally was gonna take it out again but the error code came on. Took it back and told them and they said the shift actuator was bad so they put a new one in but said they couldn’t sync it with the new dts controls so we waited for a Mercury rep. He finally came after a month or so and he said he got it synced up. They tested it out and said it worked but the error message continued showing but still ran fine. I took it out the first time and it ran fine with the error message coming on. The second time I took it out right when I cranked it the shift was in reverse and wouldn’t go to neutral but it went forward. Turned it off and couldn’t crank it back on bc it wasn’t saying neutral. I’m assuming these guys don’t really know what they are doing since several times trying to get this fixed. Will take it elsewhere

What a fantastic experience I had today with my sales rep Vince Tester and parts manager Josh Goss! I picked up a new Suzuki 2.5 hp outboard for my small bass rig and got treated like I was purchasing a quarter million dollar yacht! Super-positive attitude and great vibe from everyone there. I'm really glad I've found a spot for service and parts for my marine needs. Thanks guys!
