“I would have given my visit a “5 Star” rating BUT - after I was directed into the service bay the tech told me they’d get with me in “a few”. I waited over 15 minutes for the tech to return and begin my oil change.
Other than that - the tech was very professional in his service.”
“After calling all over town trying to find someone willing to work on our Lexus GX 460, nobody wanted to touch it. Then I came across Randall's Auto Haus. Randy picked up the phone, called me back, and confidently assured me they could handle the issue.
My lady gets super impatient when it comes to vehicles, and she drove everyone a little crazy even though I kept telling her it would take some time. It took a few weeks to get the car back, but the most important thing is that it was done right.

“I went in for a brake and tire check up. It was my first time there. Since my husband passed away, this is up to me to handle now. My brakes are at 90% , which is great, tires not so much. I bought 4 new tires (50,000). They rotate every 5,000 miles and fix any tire as part of the service.Everyone was very nice and respectful . I definitely recommend!”
