Came into town for a formal event and needed a quick tan. Mary and Gabby were so friendly, helpful, and professional. They matched the color that was perfect for me. I was terrified of looking like a oompah loompah disguised as Cinderella. They quickly and easily tucked away my anxieties and I came out looking tan, bronzed, and refreshed. I'm a very happy customer and wouldn't hesitate at all to refer anyone to PBT.

I have a membership & spray tan here most of the time. I have been to other locations but the staff at this location are THE BEST. So friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

I came in I wanted a single tan the assistant manager kept trying to offer me a plan I told her I'm not interested in the plan I'm not lying to plan and she kept on insisting she was trying to save me money and trying to push this book which apparently had all of their plans in it all I wanted to do was paid 40 bucks tan and leave I ended up leaving because she would not stop pushing her sales pitch and going next door and spending the 40 bucks on a good bottle of booze.I agree that sales is a huge part of the tanning industry but when a customer tells you what they want and three times that they are not interested in anything else it's time to stop.

Be very careful when you sign up for a membership. I called to cancel my membership, spoke to the General Manager Brooke, she told me I had to go to the salon to actually cancel but she would freeze my account until I could make it in. I go in the very next day because of course my membership fee for the next month came out the same night. I spoke to the girl working and was told there was nothing they could do. I told the girl to have Brooke call me when she arrived for the day but she never did. Instead she had the cashier call me to confirm my membership was cancelled. Oh and they would not refund my money but “you can tan for the entire month of October.” They are a scam. For a General Manager to be scared to call a customer back after she lied to the customer is ridiculous. And more ridiculous is the General Manager who isn’t even willing to try to speak to the customer to make things right or apologize for not being transparent with the customer about policy.Service: Tanning

Palm Beach in my opinion, is the best for tanning the coast has to offer. Good beds, they keep the bulbs changed, clean and the staff is usually friendly. I'm happy with it, I would recommend.

The best PBT location i've been to! Very clean & well maintained. All of the ladies here are so kind, helpful, & welcoming. Big thank you to Ashley who went out of her way to help me! The beds are also great, but I would come back to this location for the customer service alone:)

definitely recommend this place. im not sure of the one girls name that helped me but, she's really nice & very helpful. The manager Ashley not sure what her last name is though but, very nice as well & beautiful

Customer Service is top tier especially when Emily Renot is working. She is always friendly, professional and courteous. She always makes me feel welcome. Star employee for sure!
