“The staff at Beach Pharmacy goes above and beyond to help meet your personal needs. If they don't have your medication they will order it for you and be there the next day. I use to use Walgreens customer service wasn't very good, and if that didn't have your medication they would send on wild goose chase. Plus they are locally-owned. Use Beach Pharmacy and give back to the community!!!!!!”

“so we switched pharmacy because insurance. so we were told goodrx. so we switched showed the girl the goodrx it said $21.45 she typed it in then we had to wait for 2 hrs for his meds. then she tells us is $110. Now his pills can't be switched and she knew when she typed it in and didn't tell us. good rx doesn't say not good if company switches. so should of been a guaranteed price. so now it's filled for the wrong price. we can't switch it to the Walgreens that is across the street that takes the goodrx and price. instead of owning up to her mistakes she wants to throw him out. and the manager doesn't even come over so he can tell her what she did and now his hands our tied because we didn't have the 110 that's the whole reason we told her we switched pharmacies. because the little pharmacy can't take it she says and we don't blame them we loved our pharmacy and never had to wait 2 hrs for meds. so they get someone else to wait on him but it doesn't fix the problem she created by not telling him the code says 110 not $21. now next month we have to switch to a different Walgreens because they stopped going through cheap manufactures brands of medicine.(so now they don't do generic she says) so beware of some Walgreens pharmacies because now they won't take the cheap good rx and supposedly just happened. the pharmacist didn't even let him know they don't carry generic anymore when we told her why we had to switch and he did the generic. not one time did she say before I fill this the 21 isn't showing and we don't have generic. worst pharmacy I have ever been too. now I know why we use a mom and pops pharmacies because they care and would of done everything to get the price listed.”

“The staff here are super helpful. They are understanding if I'm unable to pick up my prescription for a while then they hold it for me. They are fast also. I can leave my appointment and go straight there. I literally have never been told to wait for more than like 5 minutes. They treat you with respect and kindness no matter who you are. Rich or poor healthy or sick. Also closing the waiting area was a great idea during these covid times. They work in many ways to get us and keep us healthy as a community.”

This location offers delivery and online order pickup, too. My only complaint is that it's kind of a drive from my house and there's a lot of traffic and congestion in the area, which is not their fault of course, but it's something to be aware of if you pay a visit.”

“OK, so it's a chain. But hey, for a chain, they do a terrific job! The staff are always friendly and helpful, parking is plentiful, and they have a lot of great deals. I love that I can buy all the standard drugstore things but they also have household goods, food, and beverages. There's hardly ever a line and it's always an easy and convenient experience.”

“As someone who has been diabetic for over a decade, I try very hard to always be prepared but on a recent trip I forgot my nightly insulin. To be honest, this has always been one of my worst fears. Friday night. After 8 pm. What am I going to do?!? I was 4+ hours from home and on my first night of vacation. First, found the only 24-hour pharmacy in the area! Second contact my on-call doctor. My on-call doctor said are you at the pharmacy – Yes! Go see if the pharmacist will get on the phone – Me Fast walking to the store. The pharmacist came right to the phone and they were able to talk to get me everything I needed for the next couple of days. The pharmacist could see I was beyond upset and stressed. The pharmacy was busy. Remember they were the only one open in the area but he smiled at me and says we have this and we will get you sorted and they did! Everyone was so nice! I was the crazy out of towner who managed to forget something critical but they never made me feel like this. They made me feel they were my local pharmacy there to take care of me and they did! Thanks so much!”

“Just wanted to say you can truly tell when an employee cares about their job. Despite dealing with system issues and inventory issues which is no fault of the clerk Nydria tried and tried and tried again to fix a issue for me and the whole time did it with a pleasant attitude and a smile where normally others would have given up or told you try again tomorrow or a different store. It’s the little things that matter that will make me choose this location over others because of the dedicated service to their customers. “I had a Walmart gift card, and I couldn't use it for gas at Murphy's. So I went to Sam's Club, and one of the members helped me out by using their card. I swiped my gift card. I was able to get gas and go to work. I also got back to the house. I got back without having anxiety that I would be on the side of the road. I am getting a Sam's Club card as soon as I get paid.”
