I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience! I was greeted immediately and explained my situation about an account. Within minutes Taylor Morse was helping me. He explained to me what he could do and would follow up with me. Within an hour he called me and had my situation resolved! Thanks to everyone at this location for their help.

Fees fees fees, nothing but fees, if something makes ur account a little negative, they charge at least 36, then 36 on top without gap, there's 36, 72 and $108 fees, the worst bank I've ever seen, had or anything. I'm done with them, I'd rather carry 500 in cash than put 1 cent in this bank. It's not a bank actually, it's their pockets.

I cashed my check there every way because it is a payroll check I waited 20 minutes nicely and line while they waited on one person they close to Wyndham I just asked them if they would have another teller to help me they recommended I go somewhere else and cash my check after waiting 20 to 25 minutes I made the comment to them Walmart always cashes it but how stupid are they they charged me $6 6 * 52 equals what on a bank that's already there money then $2 fee for a check so you do the math and how much money they lost because they only had time to have one teller the manager was the rudest person ever spoke to and recommend I go to another bank when I was never even rude I just asked how long it would be the most rudest embarrassing situation there is

Literally one of the worse branches I have ever visited, if you want poor customer service, a follow up answer of they don't know how to resolve issues that happen within their own branch, and 60 day plus wait times to fix your payments they've submitted wrong, then by all means this is your place! I would rather put money under a mattress than step foot in this location again. I'm beginning to think the employees train themselves. This branch has me in search of another bank to use entirely I'm done with Regions.

Miss Stephanie at regions Bank on Cowan Lorraine Road really helped me. I had talked to two other people on two different days about the fraud that was done on my bank account and they did not explain things as thoroughly and get things done and make me feel secure that my money was OK like Stephanie did. Thank you so much Stephanie and regions bank should be proud to have you as their right hand man thank you so much

This place and the workers are a JOKE!!! I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks for a phone call so I can close my account! Still no phone call go to a different bank!

Regions has more branches than most banks. Then again you can access your money through an ATM just about anywhere in the worldI. In the event you use an ATM in a foreign country they will typically do the currency conversion at a reasonable exchange rate as opposed to a currency conversion station.

Worst customer service! Really screwed my daughter! Holds money with no explanation and when asked for more info or numbers to contact the correct person or department, you can’t get them.

Worst bank ever! If you have a account and your account is on hold it takes them 30 days or more to take care then they close your account out and have wait for them to send your balance to you in a check!!!! Gulfcomm Credit Union is the best on coast! Should have listen to my friends when they said stay away from region bank

Very poor service in this branch. They seem to be overstaffed and yet they agents are very under-trained. They guy who was helping me took 1h to open a new bank account, and had to ask his manager a question every 5 minutes! He had no idea what he was doing! At this same time he was trying to get a free legal advise from me about his financial problems! Not somebody I would trust with my money.
