This store performed an illegal search of my purse with no probable cause and then was nasty when I asked them about their reasoning. As a business owner I have spent a ton of money in here but no more.

It's absolutely terrible..line is ridiculously long all the time, instead of catching the line up and getting people out the door the employees would rather walk away and leave 1 lady hanging, and then you got some goodwill rent-a-cop lookin mf at the front checking receipts and bags after he literally just watch the lady check you out and place the items in the damn bag....like seriously dude 😒 not ever going back.

What a joke...first off they have a loss prevention officer demanding to search bags as you walk in and demanding to search each person's bags on the way out even though he's standing there watching each item wrung up....secondly bathrooms require a code which means you have to walk to the front of the store to ask one of the rude ass employees that already hate their lives not to mention their jobs so no hurry for help.....thirdly the place was a wreck, almost like a upscale Hudson's dirt cheap, shit just thrown everywhere....

Ridiculous security here, terrible atmosphere. So bad the receipt checker has to wear a vest lol it's absolutely bonkers. We will never come back

Not alot of name brand finds in apparel
Need to buy more in fashion pieces
Also pieces that match like exercise sets for adult women
The shoes could be better too

Extremely rude cashier, literally doesn't knows their owns prices, she literally that “$40 cant be right price for the jacket cause its Guess, its $69”, we called the manager and she checked the price on other guess jackets and irs was $25… so the lady was trying to make me pay almost $70 for something that was $25. She kelt saying rude things entire time as we checked out. She should be fired.

Went to the store at 0900 on Sunday web site shows on at 0900 and sign on door shows 0900. Call the store and cashier said they were not going to open until 0930. They could of at least come to the door and told the people waiting outside. Poor service. I wonder if corporate knows they choose their own hours. Poor decision on staff to do this.
