If I could give a negative 100 star review, I would. I had my first ever vehicle windshield replacement on 3/26/24. I thought I was getting an equal product for replacement. Not only did I receive an after market windshield, but I was never asked if I approved that. Today, it was admitted to me by a Safelite agent (after 5 calls and 3 hours of my time calling the 800 number because I couldn’t get anyone in Gulfport) that Safelite agents taking these calls are trained NOT to offer a factory:equal quality replacement to customers. I couldn’t believe my ears!!!! How deceptive can you be Safelite!!!! That is sooooo wrong on EVERY level for consumers. I am still waiting, and most definitely, expecting to have this sub-par product replaced with the exact quality you removed. Thank you for jeopardizing my health, as I’m currently a skin cancer patient with my face and now have more pain and sunburn from driving with this windshield, which is how I discovered your deceptive business practices. I’ve since contacted my local State Farm agent in D’Iberville, who will not allow her agents to refer you guys going forward from today after my experience and situation here. Plus I’m now contacting my friends at corporate State Farm as well as the Better Business Bureau, social media, chambers of commerce, and more. How can you make this right? Replace my windshield with the same quality Ford windshield you removed…easy. Makes sense. But stop deceiving people who aren’t glass experts professionally by NOT asking them what they want and explaining what type of windshield options they have, or better yet…..do the right thing first. Isn’t your family worth it? Well so is mine. Shame on you!!!!!!

Very disappointed. Their website says crack repair up to 6 inches. I made an appointment for a 3 inch crack, took off work, and arrived just to be told they couldn’t repair it but they would be glad to put a new windshield in. Thanks but no thanks! The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they told me with a smile on their faces.

Darrian was prompt, friendly & quick! Fixed my windshield chip & gave me a heads up the crack would still be visible, but it was repaired & wouldn’t spread.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I have just received. I went in for a repair that was the size of the tip of a ball point pen and left with a crack going in three directions and all that was said is "I'm sorry." Really, I trusted you all to prevent a problem, not to create oneI watched several customers leave completely satisfied. Now I'm having to pay out of pocket by replacing a windshield? This is not right. Why do I have to be punished for trusting you all with my windshield? I am truly disappointed in customer service, he was extremely disrespectful. That's the worst customer service I have ever received. My concerns was not important at all. Why? According to the website, you all stand behind your service, that can't be true.

Great customer service! They called me and let me know I could come in earlier if I wanted. I was able to get in and out earlier than my scheduled appointment time. The staff was professional and proficient. They treated me with respect but were also friendly. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and seemed happy to be there which gave me confidence in my choice of glass repair. They even helped me to get the best price available for the service I needed. They have gained a new customer. I will not be going anywhere else.

Make the appointment online, simple and easy! Arrived before appointment, no waiting took my truck immediately. Pre-inspection, very through with instructions and expectations of service. Was not pushy, did not try to sell anything. Very courteous staff. Quarter size rock strike, only small pea size cloudy mark left. Looks like bug strike on windshield, small imperfection versus the cost of a new windshield or the potential spidering out of control. Was in and out in less than a hour!

Windshield replaced. The glass looks great! The install was ok. The divers side windshield trim is off the glass at the bottom. The glass dust mess left, the scratches inside my passenger window and what ever was used to clean the glass dust off the inside of my passenger windows when they were wiped down dissolved, melted, rubbed and smeared off some kind of coating. The trim that comes over the top to the windshield is damaged. Other than that they were polite and quick!

my windshield leaked....it was harder getting in touch with anyone who can help, but eventually I did and they have me scheduled for warranty work. The technician was very knowledgeable.

Went to Safelight AutoGlass in Gulfport MS. Excellent customer service! All stay was very friendly and welcoming to answering any questions. Derrick replaced my windshield and did a great job! I highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Safelite! Lorenzo Frederick is Awesome!! The tech was extremely quick! I was mad about the rock chip but after them filling it and talking to Lorenzo I’m less upset about it! Thank you to all of you!

My experience with the Gulfport Safelite AutoGlass was exceptional. My initial contact was with Lorenzo Frederick and from that moment the experience was a great example of a group putting customer service first. I received timely updates via text and by cell as to the status of the repair to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the work had been professionally installed and the technician, Fernandez, walked me through the process to adjust the heads-up display should I ever need to do it. This was something I had asked for my own benefit because the display was perfectly adjusted when I picked my vehicle up. While I hope to not need a new windshield again, I will not hesitate to take any vehicle to this Safelite location.Dannie

So let me start by, I do not drive my wife's car. So I do not pay too much attention to her car. But in late 2021, we had a windshield replaced. About 2 weeks ago, I saw some damage to the headliner, where it butts against the front windshield in 3 different locations on the headliner all on the passage side.Took it to Porsche, and they asked me if I had my WS replaced, which I did. They commented that it looks like the HL was cut by the tool used to replace the WSSo I went to safelite Gulfport, where we had the WS replace. The counter guy looked at it and said that it was cut marks and he would email the store manager who was not there.I have not been home 5 mins and then got a call from the counter guy who said "Manager said cause the length of time they will not cover the damage to the headliner done by their install tech.Make since your tech damages the HL does not inform the customer. Maybe he informed the manager, or maybe he didn't. Since she did not notice, they let her leave, and for over a year and a half, nobody noticed.It's the type damage that if you're not looking for it you won't see it but when you see it you always see it. So now they refused to repair the damage. I think the main reason is not the length of time but the cost to place the headliner.I was quoted between 2500$ to 3700$ from Porsche they would not know until they ordered the part, and there could 2/3 month wait since the HL would come from Germany.When I have a windshield issue, I always go to Safelite. Always had the tech walk me around my vehicle. I always get great service. So this complaint is really against the install tech who is no longer working there, and the manager who outright lied to my face about getting the district manager to call me. Great job, boss.
