Heather was fantastic to work with, and made my job so much easier! I called her and told her what design/style my client was wanting for her new home, she immediately knew the perfect pieces. I’m not a local designer, but she sent me pictures of what they had on the floor and what she thought my fit the design. We were able to go in and take a look at all the pieces she suggested and purchased ALL of the ones she suggested for us! If you want a quick, and smooth process for selecting top notch furniture pieces, this is the place to go! Ask for Heather!

Great service! Stopped in for a console and Heather was very friendly and helpful. I was told that it would be 4-6 weeks but it came in after 2 weeks. Very pleased with the service!

I got a queen size mattress set for my daughter and had it delivered to my home. They were in contact with me the whole time. They delivered when they said they would and set up everything for me. Very polite. Highly recommend.

This is the best furniture store on the coast. The furniture is high quality and Heather, our Sales Associate, was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. The delivery guys were so careful with our items and were super friendly. All around great experience!

Received wonderful service at Southern Charm furniture! Delivery of beds and dining room furniture were flawless. The delivery men were very careful and courteous. Brittany was a great sales person to deal with! Extremely pleased with the entire experience and quality of the furniture.

I had the best experience shopping for furniture at Southern charm, furniture, and design. We were greeted by a very professional, wonderful young lady, name, Brittany ., She was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. She was very instrumental in helping us purchase a couch, a rug, a dining room table, and also a coffee table. The inventory they had on the sales floor was beautiful and updated. The show room was very organized and clean. The finance department was a breeze to deal with and I have saved the best for last. Their delivery team were so nice and patient could not ask for two better guys to get the job done professionally ,they arrived when they said they would and The communication was perfect the day of delivery. We will definitely be back to purchase more furniture.

We were amazed for what Selena did for us in helping to choose some furniture. They have a very nice collection in the store. That, along with Selena's vast knowledge of furniture catalogs and we were able to order some amazing furniture at a very good price. Seeing the furniture laid out on the computer with our room dimensions was beyond helpful for visualizing the end product. They have earned our future business and we could not be happier with the way we were treated as customers. It was an exceptional experience!
