DO NOT GO HERE they couldn’t have done any worse, she ignored everything I said and even admitted she doesn’t know what she’s doing. All I asked for was to trim my bangs eyeball length and instead she cut them above my eyebrows and made them so uneven!! I told her to trim my layers a LITTLE and leave the length of my hair how it is but instead she made it so short!! I EVEN GAVE HER REFERENCE PICTURES She just did whatever she want and ignored whatever I said. Whoever they were they should not be cutting hair, so unprofessional to be admitting they don’t know what they’re doing while cutting someone’s hair

Overall, pretty good atmosphere and customer service. Rated them pretty bad in the beginning because of technological issues but haven’t really ran into that for a while. They’ll remember your cuts and how to manage your hair if you come often enough.
